I have been contacted by thevictimofuktyranny and I can help this coin get back on its feet but not much else
Excellant, news for the investors We look forward to you advice and help; from you experiences as the Redeveloper of Crave coin and Developer of Eclipse coin! Any assistance, is most appreciated and welcomed by the investors in Cypher. And, I look forward to paying out the bounty of 200,000 Cypher coins for a new developer to co-ordinate future development of the Cypher coin ethos

Cypher, what I can do....
NOTE: I AM NOT TAKING OVER THIS COIN, I AM BASICALLY HELPING IT TO COME BACK TO IT'S FEET SO THAT INVESTORS AND USERS DON'T CRIB.
1) Cypher will no longer be a Punk Currency (Craptastic Concept) but will instead be a Trustless Currency
REASON: The concept of punk is childish
) I will put DGW, Change the Algo to SHA256d (RAPED BY ASICs) and restart PoW REASON: To get Cypher something to back on
3) Block Explorer, IRC, Social UI REASON: Serve the purpose man!!!
4) Get Trustable Devs and Leave REASON: I do this on a payment basis, I am basically for hire
OR
Start a new chain....
I dont' like the purpose of this coin so what would you say to be the reason for cypher, your options
1) Micropayment and Tipping 2) Pornography and Prostitutes 3) Rare Artifact Game Currency 4) ShitCoin (DONT ACTUALLY VOTE FOR THIS) 5) Empowering a) Women (I THINK NOT CUZ THIS IS THE CRYPTO WORLD) b) Children (I THINK NOT CUZ THIS IS THE CRYPTO WORLD) c) StartUps a) Developers 6) Trade Currency (PUMP IT HARDER AND DUMP IT EVEN HARDER) 7) Anonymous Currency (I NEED TWO EXPERIENCED DEVS FOR THIS)
I don't think many of these options are appropriate for this ANN, please remove them: 2) Pornography and Prostitutes 4) ShitCoin (DONT ACTUALLY VOTE FOR THIS) 5) Empowering a) Women (I THINK NOT CUZ THIS IS THE CRYPTO WORLD) b) Children (I THINK NOT CUZ THIS IS THE CRYPTO WORLD) c) StartUps a) Developers Cypher coin already has people willing to build services around this crypto - these options are not suitable for such interested parties.

A bold claim, when you consider this Cypher this crypto was launched in March 2015 - it has not even reached is 1 year anniversary well - we now have the compilation of cypherd down with file system cleaned up and compiling well when all the dependencies are in check - https://github.com/chrysophylax69/cypher/ ... compiled and tested in centos 7 x64 vps ... and discussions behind the scenes as to what where when and how ... with nothing down pat yet - they are continuing with some great ideas being put forward - and some not so great ... agreement as to who the team players are - agreement as to who and how the nodes / faucet / site / etc are going to be organized and setup - agreement for what the future of cypher holds - agreement as to who the dev will be to ( at least ) start the redevelopment of cypher is going to be ... no agreements exist as yet - but its all being nutted out ... when an arrangement can exists and we ALL negotiate AND agree on ALL points - THEN cypher can move forward with a new outlook ... but dead? ... hardly ... ... #crysx

died?
no ... just a LOT of background work - and stuff that wont be available to the public until we finish ... our main focus at the moment is to get these nodes compiled and down pat ... i am working on the compilation and automation of the install for the nodes - while the others are working on their parts ... keep trading ... all will be revealed when we can get it all finished and polished ... i have just finished the compilation and installation of GRN - and all is running smooth ... cypher is similar in a few ways - but different in a lot more ... so a few more things need to be done / tweaked - and we should have the nodes ready ... #crysx

hi all ...
im back from two days away and have a number of things i need to sort with the projects on my list ...
i have been working on the cypherd daemon for the redhat based systems ( including fedora ) to ensure an easy installation of the nodes for cypher ...
for those of you that are in the know - am also volunteering similar work for mastertrader - and also working on my own - granitecoin ( soon to change to granite ) ...
to update on the progress - the cypher daemon DOES compile - but without the ecc curve that it requires ( based on the bitcoin code ) ...
this is an issue only for those systems that are not redhat based ( due to the lack of ecc in the openssl implementation ) ... ALL the vps and servers systems we use are redhat based ( including my own servers - centos 7 x64 and scientific linux 6.5 ) ...
ill be working on this issue this week and hope to have a ( positive ) answer with the compile and node install by the end of the week ...
as ive mentioned previously on the mtr thread - if the daemon compiles manually AND works - the we can make it an auto-install and have a step by step instruction for those that would like to volunteer nodes ...
core cypher - guys we need to talk ... if we do not get togther and come up with a solution with the discussions earlier - then we will be delaying the progress of cypher ...
contact me and let me know when we can have a meeting and discussion ... im in the adelaide australia time zone - and i prefer skype ...
niitassin ... up until now i have been quiet about all that has been happening ... i have not responded to your pm as yet due to the lack of time and the workload i have currently ...
but i have some grave concerns with what it is that you are aiming at with regards to cypher - let alone with what is happening with crave - and the other 'coins' you have released ... if you wish to discuss with us directly - we can do so ... i am a long time watcher of crypto - and long term investor also ... i dont take this with a grain of salt - nor do i like to 'play' with the efforts of others ... but i also like to have 'fun' doing all 'this' within the crypto sphere ... so if you are serious about the growth of cypher - and you actually DO want to help - i believe the others will have no issue and we will all appreciate your input ...
but please refrain from the comments you made earlier regarding that which has nothing to do with cypher ... it is nonsensical in such times as these - and really makes for a situation where no one can take you seriously with such comments ... i understand you are a telented coder - and so 'help' with cypher can be directed in the discussions we may have ...
let me know ...
#crysx
