I don't know what to say. Something wrong on the network, though on the first glance everything seems to be correct.

To understand what is happening, we need a block explorer, but it looks like the developer is not interested, or is busy right now. I could have installed a block explorer based on open-source Iquidus one, but am pretty busy too now. Someone needs to invest his time to resolve this.
