Unfortunately today I had to without notice suspend a few accounts after having no way of contacting the owners for abusing the deposit system (creating hundreds of deposit addresses, and sending them with thousands of dust transactions). I guess it's a way to abuse faucets, but it ends up clogging up our hot wallet a bit and being rather expensive to spend from. Anyway, if any of your accounts was affected, please contact me on support (or email me: ryan@moneypot.com) and I'll re-enable the accounts right away so you can take your money out  (or at least use cold-addresses, which doesn't pollute the hot wallet)

The investor profit is now +60 btc, so the commission system should have been kicked in already. But I just did a divestment and don't seem to see it. Also, it would be good to show my investment profit since the last commission payment on the investment page, so that I can have a clear picture of it before divesting.

Well the good news is that I've been busy, and haven't had the time to do proper testing for the investor commissions branch, so all earnings are completely free of commission at the moment. But at the moment it's taken a bit of a back seat to some of the bustabit maintenance work I've been doing, and building a brand-new exciting feature for MP (sorry, I won't leak too much, but it'll be really cool, I promise).

The gamblers were having some bad luck and investor profit has quickly gone up to +69 now. Considering the system was supposed to start working at +50, the delay has kind of cost you 1.9 btc. As a bankroll investor, it is a great news, so feel free to keep working on the new feature lol.

For now you can check MoneyPot apps statistics at http://dicesites.com/moneypot and BB graphs http://dicesites.com/betterbets. However you are investing to Moneypot and you can not divest from App which perform badly.

It helps give an overview of the business. I think it has little utility value since you can't invest in one without investing in all, but it gives a bit of transparency/seeing how each section is going. Think of it as being like an ETF -- while you buy or sell the entire ETF, it's still nice to know how each company is doing.

yeah this would be great to see, The more stats I can get the more likely I'm sticking around as an investor; well now we are doing well, but when things turn and players start winning, it's nice to see wagered and won/loss stats.

Seeing how much was wagered on which app and how much money investors made on that app is also interesting because the whole system of how money is split up between investors/app owners  isn't really clear for me for apps with <1% house edge.

Also if the investors' profit goes up by 5 BTC you don't know how much under/over the expected value that is because you don't know how much house edge the app that has been making that profit has.

As an investor you wanna know if you were just lucky or if you can expect consistent earnings over a long period of time.


Lastly, the investment model is also built on the fact that investors have an interest in advertising the site that they're invested in. That would be easier if they knew which app was worth to push atm.

He didn't say it happens, but that it will theoretically happen. Investors helping advertise = more play = more investor money, so it's in their best interest to do so. Whether or not they do is a different story.
