Incrypt your wallet with a srong password I use 30 char random, then after it resets you can unlock your wallet only for staking. you will see a place where you check the box and it will still be locked exept for staking

Just take it slowly cryptowest. I'm perceiving that you're a pretty genuine guy with a good heart. And that's a wonderful thing but (as you're no doubt aware but it's worth just re-iterating) that good heart can be so easily trampled on, especially if you wear it on your sleeve.

That's great that you're getting the structure of the corporation all sorted. And it's great you're looking to have employees' pictures and details on the website, but don't be too hasty to reveal too much about inner workings and people you have working for you. I've run a small consulting business that turned over a few mill with around 15 staff and I had some great experiences with some of those staff who were very loyal and some terrible experiences with others that were just along for the ride. You have to continually realise that your staff, while they may say all the right things and indicate they're 100% with the program on your goals and your dreams, inevitably will offer differing levels of commitment to what you're expecting (or need) and you will (it's absolutely inevitable, especially within crypto) get undermined at some point and suffer setbacks from 'the enemy within'. So be sharp, be nimble, be open and welcoming of people into your realm, BUT, be as wise as an owl because some people will use you if they see a gap or hole they think they can leverage off.

Yes, I learned this the hard way last year with the whole Cryptcoin/Attious/btc-e/Mindfox debacle.

I've made sure that I don't absolutely rely on ANYBODY that I'm working with. Everything I've promised, I can deliver myself, just takes time. I've tossed a lot of other people's work and I've learned already that I should stop paying anyone up front. I want to be more transparent with everyone, I'm not really trying to wear my heart on my sleeve. I can do the whole serious corporate thing, I was an IT drone for a few years. I try to stay serious on the PositronDev account and talk more freely on this account.

It'll be registered in Breckenridge, Colorado, but we're mainly internet based for now. Google says I'm about 1.5 hrs away from Wheat Ridge, and I was just in Denver two days ago.

Just wanted to chime in that I really like this coin's strong developer and community. I have been enjoying staking throughout this variable POS period as well - it's always nice to wake up to 20/30/100 more coins in your wallet!

I am just a little concerned about the talk of reducing the 9% stake rewards after the variable POS blocks. A lot of people may have invested in this coin based on the fundamentals in the OP (myself included - I own plenty of low staking percentage coins, and the 9% feature looked like a good addition to my portfolio).

No big deal either way - I'm still hanging onto my coins - but I'm interested if anyone else would rather not change the fundamentals midstream.
