There seems to be a lot of interest in decrediting this coin so people panic sell to manipulate the price. Everyone uses cotton around the world and everyone barters. You can't barter without BATA

BATA price 0.9 dollars? It seems people are crazy. The developers did not even bother to check the name for their coins, but in vain. They were very surprised to learn that in some languages, this means ordinary cotton  

So what is interesting with BATA I think has not started with the price is very expensive at this time, we still see and realize the price is still very cheap BATA

Bata has active development and has all the general features of a secure coin with fast transactions PLUS barter features (we'll see more coming in the near future I'm sure).

I am thinking of dropping the transactions fees by an order of 10 in the next release.

I am not a fan of fees that complete with the level found in regular banking fees.  As the value of Bata grows, we need to consider the effects of out of proportion fees, similar to what is happening with Bitcoin.

The current Tx fee is 0.001 BTA/kB, I would like to drop that to 0.0001 BTA/kb.

There is always the option to select a free transaction if your total transaction size is below 5kB.  We could extend that to 10kB, but I will review the effects of this before suggesting.

I installed the electrum wallet on Ubuntu 16.04 with the following code:

All of that went fine, but when I tried to run the electrum wallet with ./electrum-bta, I got this:

Hi, the electrum source code has not been updated to current core. I have since removed it from the website, but is still on Github. The electrum was created to host our android wallet, but now it is not required as Coinomi hosts electrum server for their android wallet which includes Bata.

They're a good short or long term investment. My advice if you choose to sell any, save enough for the master or uber nodes. We're going to see the price at least double with the announcement, so fasten your seatbelts...

I have a question:

Will the master/ubernodes be able to run from android devices. The reason I ask is I've got six contact 4g lines I use for match betting, two of which are always obselete. I would like to maintain profitability from my two spare connections. These will be permenantly left on.

Hey guys, what's the latest low down on bata? Looks like good market movement lately, any reason in particular?

Profit Shares Platform is coming early June. Development was aiming for 1st June 2017, it looks now more like the 4th for now.


This will be the first version of profit shares. A p2p version will be released in version 2 of the profit shares.

Its already 7th June now. Any news?
