Yes, transactions like those, except to the person claiming to have been repaid.

Probably. Since this was pretty clearly a Ponzi scam, those people would could have some liability for getting paid out. Or at least the fear of a forum full of folks who didn't get paid asking probing questions about why they got their principal back first...

Probably. Since this was pretty clearly a Ponzi scam, those people would could have some liability for getting paid out. Or at least the fear of a forum full of folks who didn't get paid asking probing questions about why they got their principal back first...

Yeah, + that's pretty common for internet ponzi scam to continue to pay people after stopping taking deposit.
