It probably is one of the most interesting thing to see at Bitcoin. Except the great community and the potential it has for being anonymous, the price is extremely high right now (you can buy a lot of Silver or Gold with one BTC) which makes it pretty interesting for many.
The majority of the people here don't care about the community. They are only interested in the profits that they are making with trading, or they want to see the price go up in a way that they make lots of profits. The technology aspect and the community are something that these people don't look at. It's pure the potential of making profits that interests them. yeah most people interested in bitcoin because its volatile price no interesting price then no investor , this can be a problem if then bitcoin price dropped bitcoin price is so important for now but i expect in the future bitcoin can turn to something more than just about volatile price. Bitcoin does not need investor but investors need bitcoin because it gives them money, they are the ones who are making bitcoin so popular now which resulted to a big price increase, bitcoin will have no value if we will stop supporting it, so since the price matters let's continue to support to make this grow stronger. I think both are need each other bitcoin need to have more investor to make.them alive and much needed the bitcoin by the people to have source of income supporting each other would be great in the future. |

I really doubt that someone is at bitcoin just for fun, we are all here to make money while we are part of a such amazing currencie as well payment processor, soo if we can use it and be able to make money why we wouldnt do it, in the end bitcoin price will matter.

I really doubt that someone is at bitcoin just for fun, we are all here to make money while we are part of a such amazing currencie as well payment processor, soo if we can use it and be able to make money why we wouldnt do it, in the end bitcoin price will matter.
True. Maybe fun at first true gambling or just want to have some to boast to their friends but still at the long run it will become about the money. Investing or trading they are all about making some more money. |

The price of the bitcoin does matter of course but its something that is important for us because we are selling and buying on it so that is pretty important if you are asking me.

But how can you say that the price will not be dropping more after you buy? I think it's unpredictable. You can always win or lose buying Bitcoin in a short term, but you will definitely win in the long term though. And yes, the price matters, big time. |

It's good that you look to increase the number of coins that you have, but don't get stuck into that thought too much as it may work against you at some point. Instead of investing your precious coins into a site or service, or altcoins and their scammy ICOs, better focus on developing some BTC/fiat trading skills as that is a much better option. Trading BTC/fiat is how smart people increase the number of coins that they have. The repetitive nature of the price can work into your advantage real nice. But you have to know what to do. That's why developing trading skills is essential for the short and long term. |

More than half of the users who were using bitcoin right now due to its increased price which is not achieved by any of the other digital currency that 've got existed. Even now if some other digital currency comes with a much increased price easily gets the attention of users.
So you're saying that user's in the year of 2013 is less but as i can see the price of bitcoin the year of 2013 november - december is really good spiked in that month and the bitcoin price hit the 1000$ and for me it's really achieve that maximum price for that year and if every one uses bitcoin is this posible that bitcoin can be 1000$ again? Hopefully it does again. Obviously more people are now using bitcoin compared to 2013 and the more users the possibility of it to go higher is likely. We still haven't reached the end of the year and who knows what might still happen. Me, im just keeping my btc's for now Volume is what is important now, and I believe the recent increase was brought by the continuous demand of bitcoin and not a manipulative action of the whales. I can tell the way the price move and I am expecting more increase when the price starts to be stable. So are we looking at a lesser number of bitcoins now that are out there? It might get hard to buy it once it reached a higher price so it really does matter to many. This is a classic supply and demand scenario, demand has increased so the price rises as more people are competing for the same number of coins, if demand keeps high then the number of available coins to purchase will get lower making prices to rise again, but at some point the price will be so high that some people will begin to sell their coins in order to get their profits and this will increase supply making the price go lower. |

A satoshi is a satoshi that is true but bitcoin does not exist in a vacuum bitcoin is exchanged to other currencies all the time and the value that people are willing to exchange their fiat for bitcoin is very important in almost any trade. |

I do understand that point of view, at yobit signature i do believe is the only one that hasnt changed their rates when bitcoin price went from 400 to the current value, as for them they are paying the same ammount, but for us it does makes a huge difference, earn 70 dollar, or earn 120 dollar currently the max ammounts we can earn. Since yobit does charge their fees into bitcoin it doesnt affect them at all. |
