I think you misunderstood it, indeed the FAQ page is working as well but the problem is that when you click the 2nd Question. Have you tried click it? Your screenshot does not show that the reported problem by cazkooo has been fixed, because I'm getting the same issue.

Does this mean that your chatbox is not showing or that you cant type anything on the chatbox? If the chatbox is not showing, it could be due to that you double clicked the "display chat" option ( sometimes the chatbox will be gone if you do this ) or that it could be a connection issue ( this happened to me sometime ). If the chatbox is not showing then you will need to refresh it and try it again ( Happened to me sometime ago and I need to refresh the page multiple time )
