Alright well minimally this update gives us another 5,000 blocks to talk over a solution till we get to POS. Withdrawn from YoBit work fine? Can I withdraw now without problems?
Wait till they update. If you already tried to withdraw you should be fine once they update. You might have to request it again though. Also, I see what you guys mean. The addresses that stake will have to confirm the new coins that got added to the balance. I understand this, just wasn't thinking it through in my rush not to get us all screwed by block 6001. |

He is also neglecting that the coins become completely inaccessible for 110 blocks after staking. After those 110 blocks is when they can START maturing for staking. Meaning it will take hundreds more blocks, as coded, before the first staked coins become available to stake again.

Edit* Difficulty is 22.6k and I can't solo that. Pool is coming online soon so I can rent and lower the diff. Will be out of sync until we get a block, no big deal. |

Figure out where this mythical "hard-coded minimum" is and I will excitedly change it. (I'm still looking too..) So far all I can think of for us to play with is A: Change the number of confirms needed for new coins from 100 to something small. B: Lower the maturity time from 8 hours. Other suggestions that may not be possible, and might break things if they are include: A: Find the "minimum" variable and lower it. B: Figure out how to lower the staking difficulty. |

Ok, so here's my thought process so far. We could lower the new mint confirms to something tiny, like 5 blocks. But we will probably have to keep the maturity up at around 8 hours. If we allow the new coins to stake too fast, then whoever gets the first block of 5,000 greed is going to end up staking that before anyone else has a chance to claim a block. I would like for this issue to be fully discussed before we decide on anything. This next update need to be the last one already, and I want to hear people agreeing on whatever we come up with as the last fork. okay i updated and test sent small amount to yobit, then chain started moving but that transaction that i sent to yobit it shows unconfirmed (in my wallet) so i tried walletrepair if missplaced but that command don't exist .. anyone know why would one transaction i sent stay unconfirmed even tough the blocks are moving?
