Your site has gone to hell. It used to be a good place to play but not any longer. They took away the bitcoin withdrawl option but you can still deposit with bitcoin. They made new rules a while back if you deposit bitcoin you cannot withdrawl for at least 72 hours which is complete bullshit. And that was when they did allow bitcoin withdrawls. Now you are out of luck to make any withdrawl. Its a shame your network got greedy and don't want players to cash out only make deposits. You are considered rogue site in my book.

Sorry you feel that way buddy! Indeed the bitcoin rules have been modified but not removed! If you do not have the option to cashout is because your account might have limited access to certain dep and cashout options, that DOES NOT mean you will not be able to cashout with BitCoin, instead you can send a request once you are ready to request your money to Cashouts@AmericasCardRoom.eu and we will be more than glad to manually process it.

It was not since those modification should not affect regular customers and (as mentioned before) if the option is not available we are more than happy to review the request and manually process it.

Hi ACR Rep, I was hoping that you could help me get my account credited properly for a BTC deposit. I have made two ACR deposits, one on 2/21 and one on 2/27. Here is the link to the address I sent the coin to: https://blockchain.info/address/1MiLWzo48NahLkqj7YGmLJShycEX5P3gHdThe two most recent transactions from the 1KyUDjwhwMzN1FXrghmQSruZKrdCPvpvfk address are the ones sent from my wallet. I did not send the other two transactions; I assume you guys are reusing deposit addresses. The transaction from 2/27 is fine, but in the transaction from 2/21, I sent 0.143 BTC (~$64), and was only credited $25. Could you please credit my account for the remainder of the BTC that was transacted but not applied to my account? My username is marlais, same as here. I have tried to contact phone support regarding this issue, but they are unwilling to help me. This is what I see in my deposit history: The full transaction description from the 2/21 transaction reads: Transfer from payment to marlais. Description : BTC_BITCLEARP-25437819-04E44BD8-8C92-48AB-B2B7-1CD041FCDF75 $25 $0

Hello,

Hi, I received the following response from ACR, but it does not seem very helpful. I do not understand the discrepancy between the official blockchain record and what they are seeing. I agree that the transactions have been confirmed, but the amount that I am seeing on the blockchain is significantly larger than the amount they are telling me. How should I pursue this further? Thanks! Dear , We hope this email finds you very well. Please note that based in the address that you provide we can confirm two approved transactions one for $20.00 and the other one for $25.00. Please be aware that we did found just this two transactions approved on https://www.blocktrail.com/ and they have been confirm. Be aware that this was the only information we found with this addresses, in case you try to send a new deposit you most use a different address not the same one. If you need us to check any further information you can go ahead and send the screen shot with the information of any other transaction for review attach you will find the information of the approved transaction. We also invite you to check out more information on our promotions by visiting the following link: http://www.americascardroom.eu/online-poker-promotions/Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you, we are at your service! Our support manager is looking into it!
As an update, ACR contacted me and now say that the 1MiL address is not one that they provided, which makes no sense, because if they hadn't provided the address to me, the BTC that I sent to that address in those two transactions certainly would have never been credited to my account, either partially or fully. I have included their reply and my response below. I would not recommend that other ACR users attempt to deposit Bitcoin, as it appears that their customer service is confused about how Bitcoin works. In the meantime, my coin is now sitting in their wallet unspent, and ACR is refusing to send back the difference between what they credited me and what I sent or credit it to my account, or even admit that I sent it to them. Hi, I could have only gotten the 1MiL address from your BTC cash-in form. Otherwise, it would have been impossible that either transaction would have been credited to my account, either in part or in full. As the 1MiL address is clearly one that is controlled by you or your BTC processor, and the BTC from the 2/21 transaction is still shown as unspent, could you please either refund the remaining coin to the wallet address I sent it from or credit it to my ACR account? To my latest request, I received this boilerplate response, and unhelpfully, they have once again dodged my concerns entirely and again closed my support ticket. My reply to ACR's latest non-response was as follows: Please respond to my concerns that I have detailed in my previous e-mails and stop closing my support tickets. I am not interested in your promotions. I want you to credit back the Bitcoin that you have stolen from me.
I will ensure that this issue is detailed in full with the information and screenshots I have provided you on bitcointalk, twoplustwo, and any other website where ACR deposits are being discussed to let your customer base know of your unethical practices.
Sincerely,
