As you may already know, Betcoin will cease offering poker starting Monday, December 25th.

All their players are more than welcome to create an account with us (Americas Cardroom) as big things are happening like our $1,000,001 GTD weekly tourneys starting Jan. 7th, the Saturday Super Series (starting Jan. 6th) and so much more.

You can deposit and cash out with Bitcoin and more than 60 other cryptocurrencies, and keep enjoying the thrill of online poker with a new variety of Cash Games and the same tournament offering that Betcoin players used to have.

Hello, we totally understand your frustration and we do think is something that should not happened. That being said, you should contact Betcoin Support directly to know what their plans are with such funds. Also please be sure that The Winning Poker Network has no part on that decisión nor funds as we didn't share their cash game action, only tournaments.

It’s December again, and before you know it, the ball will drop and the calendar will jump right back to January.

But before we say hello to 2018 and get ready for our biggest year yet, we want to take some time to look back at 2017

See the article here https://www.americascardroom.eu/poker-blog/2017/12/a-look-back-at-a-record-breaking-2017/

They have confirmed that they are not going to pay out the player-funded BBJ and have lied about "selling to a new owner" to try to take the heat off of them.

Knowing this (it's all on this forum if you don't believe me) and knowing that they used your platform and your name (they called themselves "WPN" many times in many promotions with no pushback from ACR/WPN) would you be willing to share some contact info on the people being Betcoin to better facilitate potential legal action players may be looking to pursue?

They use the WPN brand to push promos as they were sharing tournaments with our network. the BBJ is 100% cash games, those were never part of the WPN. Checking on their page, we found that they will distribute the jackpot by the second week of January 2018

That doesn't answer my question.  Will you share contact info with the community?  They used your software and your name to steal player's funds.

I'll start with an easy one: what do you know about "LimeStone Networks"?

We are deeply sorry about the situation you have experienced with a different operator. On this specific situation, they did not use our software nor name to steal players' funds because they used a different platform for the cash games (not WPN) and as the BBJ is collected from cash games our company nor software was ever involved.

At this moment, as they promised to distribute back the funds by mid January, I would suggest contacting Betcoin support directly

"Your website looks great."

Thank you very much! We do our best for our customers Smiley

"I wanted to know if passport, ids and other documents are required during withdrawal?"

Yes, ONLY for withdrawals we request for documents:

You need to send us:

A scanned image of the front side of your Driver's license.
A recent utility bill under your name

Plus, if you deposited with a credit card:

Signed Authorization form
Copy of the card (s) used to deposit

You can see the full information here https://www.americascardroom.eu/play-poker-for-real-money/cashing-out-your-winnings/general-cash-out-information/

"And coin deposit/withdrawal instant? if not how long."

The time frame depends on which deposit method you use, for example:

Bitcoin or Cryptos depends on the Miners or if you pay the fee to the miners could take less, I can't provide you an exact time frame but I could estimate like 30-1 hour, could be less than 30 or more.

For credit/debit cards is immediately

For person to person could take 1 hour or more than 8 hours...

We do NOT charge any fees for deposits.

For withdrawals

It's a little bit the same, depends on the method. The fees variates.

I would highly recommend Bitcoin only takes 24-72 hours, this is the best withdrawal method we have

For the other methods you can check them here https://www.americascardroom.eu/play-poker-for-real-money/cashing-out-your-winnings/

Any questions please let me know Smiley
