Could you please be so kind and tell me the exact time frame you were playing those 4 games so I can check the correct ones.
while I'm not sure about the exact time frame but it was like 24 hours ago give or take 1 hour , anyways here is a screenshot from the history but it's only showing 4 6$ games while I'm sure I played 6 or 7 yesterday so is there anything wrong with the history ?? also all of the games were against a player called Ballinghard not sure if this can help , and hopefully the two games I"m talking about are listed in these 4 https://prnt.sc/gvvzd8I don't deny that I have unstable connection , but when connection gets back there is no reason for one table to work and the other one not so definitely it was software related issue even if I wasn't able to get help for this I really hope that you will work more on the software , cause ACR and WPN should be bigger and I really hope that you will take the lead in the online poker market ( the only site I know that accepts my country  ) I sent this to the tournaments department, please allow us some time so they can check all the hand histories from each game in question, thank you for your patience. |

I was playing at "True poker" few years ago. And i still have money there. But i can't login. There less than 100$ in my account but it's prevent me from depositing on any Winning poker network site at all. May be it is an accident. Anyway i dont blame your site, i didnt asked support because money is small. As for software, it is good and bonuses were fine.

the min amount of crypto is $100 to deposit. let me help you get 500 more deposits a day. lower it to $10 min for deposit. i will deposit $10 everyday 2-3 times if you do. other wise i will never deposit $100
oh after I read your post I jumped to the client and found that beside bitcoin we can now deposit other cryptos but since ACR hasn't said it officially on twitter or here it may be still on beta , cause they announced that they will come soon but they haven't said that they are available I can't agree more 100$ is kinda high to deposit with alts , they should have a minimum of 10$ just like bitcoin let's wait the official statement that crypto coins are live on ACR EDIT : the news is on their site https://www.americascardroom.eu/play-poker-for-real-money/cryptocurrency/but they haven't announced it on twitter yet , also you can use alts only for deposit at the moment |

Warning - Those making a deposit to ACR need to know that no matter what crypto you choose. It still must be confirmed on the BTC network. For example. If you deposit by ltc though ltc has confirmed. Your deposit will be converted over to BTC network where it may remain unconfirmed for a while. Despite already being confirmed on ltc network. This makes no sense to use other cryptos if deposits are still being routed to BTC chain. ACR does not warn anyone of this. So I decided to post it here to let others know...

wow just wow , I haven't tried to deposit altcoins yet cause I already have money in ACR but this is a serious problem I liked the idea of depositing alts cause sometimes its cool to deposit whatever alt you want without going through the exchange and waiting for btc confirmations now this doesn't make sense at all ACR , you should work on it and players should receive their money once the transaction is confirmed !! thanks for posting that mate |
