I am interested in investing in parallelcoin, who are the founders now?
Is it still a community?
Apart from the attractive low supply and low price what is parallelcoin actually building?
I would really appreciate some answers from the community before I invest today.

The "founders" are now the community, as there was a community takeover of the coin back about 2 to 3 years ago.
So basically you and me and others, which are interested in Parallelcoin or are holding/mining Parallelcoin, are the ones now in charge for the future of this coin.
A (main) part is currently on the shoulders of marectin, which is running the
http://www.parallelcoin.info website and also the block explorer
http://explorer.parallelcoin.info/, as well as the current sha256 pool
http://pool.parallelcoin.info . You can find marcetin on the top100 rich list on place 1 - this is due that he was mining the coin for years to keep the block chain running/moving for a very long time.
Currently the block chain is only moving from time to time, as there are only a few miners out there. This could change anytime again soon, especially if the coin would rise in price and would make mining more profitable again.
About the future of the coin: There are plans to integrate the coin in some online shops and also other things. Maybe marcetin could post some more insights on what he knows. But as said before, the coin is community driven - so it depends on everyone to make something out of this coin. Maybe there are some ideas of the community, which could bring this coin forward?
For example I helped in the past to get the coin on Cryptopia (this was about 2 years ago). I added it there for voting and I talked with quite some people to get the coin voted - at last after some weeks in the vote list DUO did have enough votes and it was added to Cryptopia. Back then Cryptopia did even add a scrypt mining pool for DUO, but it was shut down about 1 year ago.
So as said before, it depends on the community - and it would be nice to see the community to wake up and bring this coin forward. Post your ideas and lets work them out.
