Introduce, JUST INTRODUCE bitcoins to them by including it in their syllabus, kids magazines etc. One can develops apps/games about bitcoins and encourage fun learning. Kids today know how important money is and I'm sure most of them will begin to study bitcoins beyond the contents we provide them with.

Honestly I don't think bitcoin is in the position as of yet to need to be thought to children.  By children I am guessing you are referring to ages like 5-10.  There are much more important things children need to be thought at this age.  Even if you don't agree with that bitcoin is just not an important enough topic to be discussed at much a young age.

how so, bitcoin could be potentially the new economic system, it is a very important topic, depend on how you view it, obvious if you think that bitcoin has no future, then it is normal for you to give less importance, but for many other it has a great value, and their kids should know about it

new generations should discourage their children from using a corrupted system like fiat and embrace bitcoin instead

you don't need to teach kids about bitcoins, you just need to introduce them to this global virtual gold. the keen ones will learn about them on their own with time. however there are a lot of ways to introduce bitcoins to kids. you can include them in the kids' school syllabus, create some fun learning apps, include them in kid's magazines, encourage parents to tell their kids about it, spread awareness etc.

very easy if you have a way of speaking or a way of explaining the good, because the more you simplify the definition of bitcoin then small children will more easily understand, this is because the capacity of the child is still not widespread.

then we can include them in the school syllabus

There is no chance for this to be done because the ministry would not be including BTC in the school syllabus. Each country has their own currency and what kids will be studying will be the currency of their own country

No matter how important and how great BTC is, it is not something that is suitable to be taught to a kids. Merely because it is pretty much complex and isnt something that can be understandable for a kids. Words is pretty much simpler than an action, thing is that people think that it is easy to teach BTC to a kid while in fact I'd say it is pretty hard and not understandable by them. I have stated few things of my concern at the previous pages though on why I thought this is not something to be taught to a kid

new generations should discourage their children from using a corrupted system like fiat and embrace bitcoin instead

Few things that is wrong, FIAT is not a system and also that it is the people that is corrupt. FIAT had nothing to do with it.

i do not agree at all, everything can be considered a "system" in the most broad sense, fiat belong to corrupt people so it is a corrupted system, is not like" fiat is a magical entity" who was captured and subdued ...

everything that is centralized is not a good system in my view

Where do you all think this education may first enter the kids lives - and where? With Parents, early schooling, late schooling? Would it occur first in Europe, Asia, the Americas?

I'm glad so many people have found this topic worthy of reading and comment.

Parents definitely. The education about BTC in school is merely a dream for now because no country has adopted it to be their currency yet and until that happens then it will be based on parents decision to either teach their kids about BTC or not. The fact that it is a decentralized currency, there is a bound that it will never happen though unless something enormous happens to the world economy system.

As for the place of it, it will be mostly in Europe or America . Most people in Asia actually lives in poverty ( some country in Asia ) however this is a speculation of mine because I have no data to support my claim about this, merely I am considering the fact that there are more BTC user in Europe and America rather than in Asia though

P.S : If anyone has any data about number of BTC user in a region/nation and care to share it will be highly appreciated though

you can once introduce them to the concept of virtual currency and tell them the advantages and disadvantages of it.. you can also tell them different means to earn bitcoins. if they take interest and want further knowledge you can provide them with different books available online about bitcoins and cryptocurrency. just inject idea into there brain and they will find the right path for them self

I think someone could create a game about it , a game composed of story telling which as they progress they get to know more about different angles of bitcoin world which could be useful when they grew up Smiley

Teaching kids about bitcoin is such a wise idea itself. It would be good money for an app developer to make educational bitcoin games for kids which help them learn more and have more fun too. A little puzzle, an open world game or just interactive game would be a nice idea.

If kids get to learn about basic economy first and learn about smart tactics of how to handle their money , they can prepare themselves for  a more advanced lesson like about bitcoin. Today's kids are smarter and technologically swift. maybe it is a good time to start at early stages if you want them to further choose this subject as a choice.

Good idea to have kids start learning about it as soon as it makes sense. That's how it works: new ideas and concepts get introduced but can take generations before it's generally accepted and not a "novelty" anymore.

The most smartest way to do that is understanding what works for our demographics, our audience. With creative board games involing crypto, it might be fun. Intrducing it in story books and magazines is also fun place for kids to learn, as well as animated movies about it which definitely spark the interest of a young mind. These kids are sharp, games and activities catch their attention as well!

I diasgree, kids shouldn't be teached about bitcoins. We should teach the teens because teens are usually open to new ideas and things, teens love to discover new stuffs, while kids don't really likr that much.
Just my two cents Smiley

The reason why kids need good education at young age is because they would be much more understanding, open and smart to new ways of finance. People often say kids do not understand money, but kids exactly understand what it is. It is us who complicate our lives for money, for them it is what it is in its most simplified forms. We should teach everybody about btc man . Kids, teens, aunties, uncles, everybody!

okey... so i think kids like a game or in the globalization like now. game online is common.
so teach they BTC like a game online but palying with they brain...
not just playing like kids soocer, volley, or etc..
like make a status in facebook.. but this post must have quality...
dont teach they with get money, but teach they to understand about this.
thats is my opinion.

First they must know how to trade and how using internet. Then we can teach them for how to earn and spend bitcoin with some animation or some game. Kids that interest will learn faster rather than not

I feel that teaching children early on the fundamental principles of how currencies work will entice children to find and research bitcoins themselves.

There are already a lot of games in the market which help students understand bicoin as well as play games regarding it. There is often heard that such games are getting very popular on app markets and pay stores, one of them is a parody version of flappy bird in which you are supposed to play in order to save more btc. The person who gets his name on highscore get paid in btc Cheesy
