Three main problems: - To earn Bitcoin ( ... but this is for money in general ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) ) - To buy Bitcoin anonymously. There are PSC and Ukash options, but are too expensive accepted by very few people. - To spend Bitcoin. Few sites accept Bitcoin and almost no physical store where I live.

Yeah, its generally the main problem we'll found on money 2. Does VPN help? At least it could give you an extra layer of safety 3. You can always trade it to your fiat and use the money on physical store where you live

My biggest problem is all the scamming around it, and the whole illegal feeling around bitcoin.
that's not even a problem, scammers are everywhere, even among , banks, and banks itself are not 100% secure just be more vigilant about your money, and use a trusted escrow

That is a lesson you have learned now. It is thr people who do it who are the problem not the bitcoin itself. That people just want to earn real fast but not in a good way. Just like those people outside who just steals anything they want. Someday it will go back to them.

Just like those people outside who just steals anything they want. Someday it will go back to them. There are a lot of scams, that's quite obvious. But there are no more scams than among traditional payment systems. Small stores across the US are having huge chargeback rate when it comes to credit card payments. They say even 25%. It's just that they don't talk about this much. Also, I bet that there is not 25% scam rate in Bitcoin community!

Even in real world scam are everywhere so better to adjust by yourself than scam will adjust to you. For bitcoin, bitcoin is money so whatever the real money use in illegal, also possible to happen to bitcoin.

But I am sure it will be better with time ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Obtaining a bitcoin is really easy you just have dump your fiat to buy bitcoins from an exchange website. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

I think the biggest problem that we encountered when talking about bitcoin is the willingness of store or local business man to accept this new currency
so when the stores don't accept bitcoin, bitcoin will lost transaction flow in that stores, its mean less people will used bitcoin as payment
to solve this we need to show that bitcoin is a legit payment

yes. in our country too there are less people who knows about this thing. That is why I knew it late. If only I have started for more than a year. I guess I can do more and know more now.

to be honest i dont have any problems with bitcoins because i think its a perfect currency for this world, the only negative aspect that could be different is the fluctuations of the price though thats not such a bad thing that would make bitcoin very bad

At least for me, my biggest problem with Bitcoin is confirmation times and acceptance in real/physical stores. If somehow Bitcoin could improve confirmation times by making it faster (like Litecoin perhaps) then it would be great (at least for me) Still, it is not bad to pay an extra TX fee to speed it up though. I am hoping that someday Bitcoin would become mainstream and be accepted in real/physical stores to buy stuff with it locally. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

comfirmation time sometimes takes a long, only that. and newest one is doubled fees, which is still low but for microtransactions it is huge.. but anyway nothing special

Software development team here. We would like to hear from the community what are the most annoying\frustrating stuff you have with Bitcoin and would love to get a solution for ? Feel free to talk about any problem, even if it seems unsolvable or too abstract (e.g. Bitcoin is not safe enough for the average user) Edit: After reading all the replies, I feel confident summarizing that the #1 problem of Bitcoin is probably lack of adoption. And the main reasons of lack of adoption are probably ease of use and insufficient security. We are a team of entrepreneurs and software developers that are going to spend the next following months-year on developing a new product. One of the most appealing markets for us is the Bitcoin market. We will try to learn us much as possible from your replies and try to tackle the problems head on.
Are you really a software development team? if true, I would inquire about the transaction bitcoin are sometimes very long and confirmation that sometimes took days, I've discovered and experienced the transaction to delay 3 days, and this forum is also said he delay until 9 days, how could this happen and what is the solution?

I think no. People are matured enough to think that all sources can be used for negative stuff. Bitcoin is a currency so it's used and we have nothing to do about that query.

My biggest problem maybe is that trusting a third party wallet is not worth because they can go down anytime and you can't do anything.
