what's the best place to sell sprout's? I have a few and there growing  steadily just wanted to know who offers a reasonable price? I bought them when they were first released around the 300 satoshi mark (bought 2k) now I'm close to 40k figured I would sell a few off and make some if not all of my money back (I know it dropped in price quite heavily)

bittrex or get some more combine to 1 block sell the returns... 1 million will give you 100k in 5 days

Its all risky.. a lot of coins are short term ones leaving the unfortunate people with the bags.

99% of coins won't last so its best for you to invest long term if you are into crypto currency. Bitcoin is the big daddy. Don't get caught up in the whole moving profits others chase.

If i was to be honest sprouts will be one of those coins.. no active dev and a high inflation rate that will just get worse.. its not at its deathbed yet but will get there.

I was slightly concerned about sprouts or the one's I have at least because most of them mature and pay out after 30 - 40 days but I have 1 payment that isn't paying out currently on 103 days which is extremely long considering my other minting days. Anyone else had this problem?

go into the transactions right click and choose clear orphans.... if a block orphans it has it still listed incorrectly... this might be your issue as ive had it in the past. After you do that restart the wallet. I did a rescan and it went away

Thats normal... your block size is 3000 which is very small. You can wait until it fires off or you can go settings options. Then choose display and enable coin control features... apply that and restart wallet.

Now under send->inputs... tick all your boxes and send the entire coin balance to one of your addresses. This is known as combining your inputs. You will lose that 103 days for that 3000 though... at 100 days thats 200% which would turn 3000 into 9000.. you can keep waiting but i don't know how long it will take or you can consolidate your inputs and keep staking.

Just remember everytime a stake goes off your input is split into 2 and it goes again. You need to combine your inputs after a while. 40,000 is a small amount by todays total supply so if you want to keep growing you need it as 1 input.

losing 6000 is quite bad considering it's 120k satoshi if I sold that 6k at 20 sat's each especially when I've lost a lot already due to the scams sigh..... I guess I'll wait another 24 hours then combine them all, can't do much else.

Thanks for the assist though Smiley

I have several extra transactions listed on my minting tab. They seem benign though.

Some of us think the current price is abnormally depressed due to the cryptsy fallout. Many coins are seeking new homes. A few of us think that prices of up to 200 satoshi are reasonable in the short term. Some also believe 1000 satoshi is a reasonable target maybe into the summer.

RIght now, it's only on Bittrex. Most expect price improvements if we get a committed developer and also if more exchanges pickup the coin int he short term.

Personally, I think we could see 150 satoshi reasonably within a month or so.

Good luck on your staking. Wink

i had these and all have been cured with a clear orphans and running the wallet then with the rescan tag. had it happen twice and always been due to orphans in trans history

I've had a number of different wallets and  this is the first time I've seen it happen. Maybe it's a bug with the wallet itself or the network?

I have a dozen of them. They haven't caused any problems or limited functionality in any way as far as I can tell.
