I think, you can easy increase your hashrate x3 times on Argon2d algo, just try to run miner with -t 5 or -t 6 settings.

For example, my Ryzen3 has this result:

-t4 = 650 h\s ( 156 for 1 )
-t5 = 620 h\s ( 122 for 1 )
-t6 = 570 h\s ( 92 for 1 )
-t7 = 520 h\s ( 73 for 1 )
-t8 = 505 h\s ( 62 for 1 )
-t9 = 485 h\s ( 52 for 1 )
-t10 = 460 h\s ( 46 for 1 )
-t11 = 450 h\s ( 41 for 1 )
-t12 =  440 h\s ( 36 for 1 )

Anyway, Argon2d 0,65kH/s at -t4 is better than 0,44 at -t12.  
But your CPU can much more!
I think, unitus_cpuminer-x64-generic.exe is not optimized for Ryzen.
Maybe, one of them can give better results:

unitus_cpuminer-x64-athlon64.exe
I don't use windows, so don't know which miner is better.
