So if this trend goes and more pump will happen in the near future,
Then i think that the price in 2020 should be around $3,000 at least.

There is no point if we guess same level of difficulty in the year 2020 also. Without same difficulty we can not expect $200 for mining reward. With the current trend I guess more than $10k price of one bitcoin in the year 2020.

Yes, for some $200 profit for miners with bitcoin prices at $1000, we may need same level of network difficulties which is not at all possible. By the year 2020, everything would changed bitcoin may go main stream by that time then predicting it's price at $10k is too low. May be one million also possible.

It will probably each $2000 before the next halving even, the halving after that will probably be at least 1 order of magnitude higher, probably even 2 orders of magnitude.

I don't think so as it will reach 1000$ and all may be it can up to 2000$ to 4000$ in 2020, till that I plan save some bitcoins as much I can make. I am exchanging little BTC money from wallet also because I am waiting for the price growth.
