Who is watching South Africa vs Sri Lanka? Day 2 session 1: Sri Lanka is trailing by 128 runs with 5 wickets remaining in the first innings. Seems like South Africa did not well in their first innings. Can Sri Lanka take the advantage of it? Although they have lost 5 quick wickets.

Hey I don’t think Srilanka will be able to take any kind of advantage as they’re already eight wickets down in the first Innings, and now are trailing by 57 runs. I feel Africa’s batting let them down, but their bowlers especially Steyn bowled brilliantly to get them back in the match. I feel tomorrow Srilanka will be dismissed quickly, and if Africa can score 300+ runs they will win this match.

Poor Sri Lanka. They almost forget to win. Bad time with Australia, Bad time win NZ and another bad time with South Africa. I hope they find some confidence from this tour however it's hard to do anything in South African pitch. Sri Lanka scored 180 for 8 now.

Srilanka had a good chance in this match because SA wasn't able to pick a good total in the 1st inning, poor Lankan batsman, lol. Still there is chance if they can manage to resist SA at below 300 in total, Of course, batsman have to do some good.

A very interesting test match is on the way because I am guessing anything can happen in the match of SL vs RSA,Though RSA is ahead by couple of runs now but if SL can make them all out in 200 runs,this match will surely turn to SL. right now South Africa is 80 runs ahead and they lost just one wicket if they able to reach 280 to 300 then surely this could be very difficult for Sri Lanka to chase this in fourth inning as they have not good and experience battling line up and Steyn is on fire with very good support from Rabada and Veron.

No, it's the result of the short form of cricket. I think test cricket is threatened because of t20 cricket. ICC is trying to encourage teams for test crickets.

Sri Lanka are a real let down as they were batting so good on day 1 in the final session but on day 2 they batted poorly. I really had high hopes for them to at least get a 1st innings lead here but their middle order has let them down again except for Perera who looks to be a good batsman for Sri Lanka but they just need the others around him to start performing. South Africa will most likely go onto winning this match now as they already lead by 170 runs with 6 wickets in hand.

If Sri Lanka can get some quick wickets and wrap SA in under 300 still I do not think Sri Lanka can win this test. If they can do it in under 250 then might be there is a possibility. Sri Lankans batsman are not doing any good for their team.

LOL I hope you did not lose much.

The last 4 wickers falling were too quick! If Sri Lanka bats carefully then this test could turn out to be a very interesting one and even they may win it. They need 221 runs and 7 wickets in hand. It seems a lot but for a good one or two partnership, this is an easy run to chase.

Right now South African battling line up is not good enough but they are winning matches just because of home advantage last 5 wickets just for 8 runs can tell all story about them and surely this is going to be very easy win for them as Sri Lankan batting line up is new and very poor as well.

Srilanka needs 221 runs and this requires one good partnership only, I hope they will this match for sure. They still have two days left, so no hurry although Srilankan batsman are not doing well.

You were very unlucky my friend as SA looked very good to score 300+ when Faf du Plessis and De Knock were at the crease. Both batsman looked in fine touch and it was looking like both would go onto to scoring centuries but to Sri Lanka's bowling efforts they were able to restrict SA to a moderate total and give them self a chance at winning. I can't see Sri Lanka winning but their bowlers have given them a chance in this test match as I thought that they have bowled extremely well compared to the previous test matches between Australia and New Zealand where they didn't do as well.
