Lol, Austrailia got demolished by Mohammad Abbas. If Pakistan can take the lead to around 400 mark it will be game over for Austrailia.

They should be able to easily achieve the lead of 400-500+ runs now. It's just the second day of the test and Mohammad Abbas magical bowling spell literally already ruined everything for Australia. IMO, Pakistan should focus on batting for another complete 1 day, there's no need to hurry, slow & steady batting from middle-order is all that they require now.

Pakistan are in a strong position to win now with a 281 run lead, I think anything over 350 runs will be enough to win this test match for Pakistan with the way the wicket is currently playing and its only going to get harder as the match goes on. I mentioned before the test series that Australia don't play well in the middle east no matter who they play and it looks like they will lose the series once again.

Surely now Pakistan will win this test match as they currently have a 428 run lead with 5 wickets in hand so if I was them they might as well bat until they are bowled out as there is still 2 full days of play to bowl Australia out. 500+ runs looks achievable for Pakistan right now and will be very tough to chase down and even try and draw with 2 days to go.

An unexpected end to the OZ first innings as they could not even make the score of 282 runs and got all out in 145. It is no competition left in this match and now OZ require 491 runs still with 9 wickets left. Just need to wait to see with how many runs will they lose the match.

Well, the match is definitely in Pakistan's favor, but still, they should not let Australia make a big partnership or something. If Australia somehow still manages to win this one, it'll be totally Sarfaraz Ahmed's, the captain's, fault.

ROFLMAO... do you still think that there is a chance that Australia is going to win this match? Dude, the target is 538, and 180 overs of play is remaining. And moreover, the match is in Abu Dhabi which supports the Pak bowlers.

I don't know about you but I've seen a lot of miracles happening in Cricket. It's not like double (or even triple) centuries have never been scored in the past. Partnerships of 300+ runs ARE possible in test matches. Have you already forgotten this year's partnership of 300+ runs between Mendis and de Silva?

Pakistan is probably going to win this one easily; however, taking the batting middle-order of Australia easy at any time could surprise you.

I really can't see Australia winning this test match with the current team they have, maybe if Smith and Warner were playing then yes I would give them a chance to win the match. Australia are already 1 wicket down with just 47 runs on the board and still trail by 491 runs to win. I just can't see this happening even though there is enough time in the match for them to achieve this. Pakistan have simply been the better team this whole series even in the first test match as Australia just got lucky to save the test. Pakistan should go on to winning this test match which they really deserve and again Australia continue to fail playing in the Middle East.

I agree with you, in sports any thing can happen. It may also be that after 3 days of play the pitch would have now lost the spin and now it is easy to bat. One partnership playing good in Australia can get panic in Pakistan team. Pakistan team are the team which can always give you surprises. Right now the situation is pakistan is winning 90% sure but everything depends on the first session of play if Australia losses 2 or more wickets then their winning chances gets very less.

I'll second that Pakistan has really raised their level overall, and Australia have not been able to do the same which is surprising. Even though they don't have Smith and Warner it's no excuse for them to play such poor cricket. If you'll remember even in the last match they deserved to loose, but they pulled a draw which I felt was harsh on Pakistan. Australia has already lost a wicket and I don't see them lasting long.

Kaneria ex Pakistan leg spinner has dropped a bombshell by admitting to spot fixing, it's pertinent to note he's been lying since 6 years, this will raise lots of questions about Pakistan and it's cricketers.

Compare the annual earnings of Pakistani or Afghan cricketers with those from India. You will understand why the Pak players are so susceptible to match fixing. A domestic player in India earns more than an international player in Pakistan.

It was really a very poor performance from Australia side. It shows that without their experienced players they are no more then low level team. Pakistan showed a good performance but their consistance is not good one game they play very good but after that some games they play very bad.

About spot fixing it is not new as everyone knows that Pakistan players are always involved in fixing.

Even if Australia had their experienced players such as Warner and Smith they most likely would of lost the test match as like I said Australia play poorly in the Middle East and have a bad record there. They might not have lost as bad as they have but I still think they would of lost the series. But let's not take anything away from Pakistan as they were simply too good for Australia in this test match in all forms of the game and deserved the win and also the series win.

Australia's record in the UAE is not that bad. And losing two of the key players is going to have a huge impact on the team. The team morale was also affected due to the ball tampering scandal.

@btcdevil are you fucking kidding me! LMAO! Austrailia had plenty of experience on their team. Khawaja, Finch, Lyon, Starc, Siddle and more. The side was well 'experienced' More experienced than Pakistan IYAM. What i find interesting is that they didn't get out to the spinners, but rather a fast bowler dismantled them on a dead pitch, twice in a row. While Starc and Peter Siddle couldn't do much. But what's even strange is that Pakistan lost wickets to spin. It's funny how the tables have turned. I remember Saeed Ajmal used to be their goto guy to get wickets and today they haven't got a decent spinner on the team. Time does funny things. Lol.

The last two test series Australia has played in the UAE they have lost to Pakistan and lost badly. The series in 2014 Australia were no match against Pakistan losing both test match's by 221 runs in the 1st test and 356 runs in the 2nd test match and now they have lost this test series as well so I would say that they do have a bad record playing in the UAE when it comes to test match cricket. ODI matches is different as Australia do have a pretty good record playing the shorter form. By the way Australia had their key players playing in the 2014 test series and still lost badly.

Two ODI series are beginning from today:

1. India vs. West Indies in Guwahati
2. Bangladesh vs. Zimbabwe in Mirpur (Dhaka)

IMO, both of these ODI matches are going to be one-sided; India will win in the first one and Bangladesh should be able to win against Zimbabwe easily.

Shows the lack of depth in the cricketing field. There are only 4-5 countries which are capable of giving quality matches, such as India, Australia, South Africa, Pakistan and England. Countries such as Zimbabwe and West Indies have seen their fortunes going down the drain irrespective of being test playing nations for so long.

India vs WI ODI to start from today and Pant will likely make the debut today against the WI. Will the ODI series be more competitive or will India win it easily like the test matches will need to wait and see. Hope WI give a good fightback to make it more interesting.

India vs WI ODI to start from today and Pant will likely make the debut today against the WI. Will the ODI series be more competitive or will India win it easily like the test matches will need to wait and see. Hope WI give a good fightback to make it more interesting.

WI started good but after the fall of Hetmyer i think the tailender are free falling, 248/6 were they and now one more wicket fall and west indies are 254/7 in 40 overs. If they play properly then 300 scores is good but i think the max score will be 280 - 290. WI are showing good batting in odi now we have to see how they are going to bowl and defend this score.
