I think this was long over due.

Bannon was stripped of his security clearances many, many weeks ago.  Other Trump advisers have been held up longer than usual.    Trump and team are getting "slow-rolled".  There is rumor that Trump is waking up to the Jared and Ivanka influence..

     So this removal of Bannon is really a release back into the wild where he at least has access to "open-source" collected intel which has a more robust and holistic perspective 90% of the time.. just sayin..

 Today we are all Bannon!  Hopefully he uses this opportunity wisely..

Korea issue when there is so much yet to do on the 'clean break'.  I'd not be surprised to see the 50,000 American troops earmarked for the Afghanistan surge (trial balloon) that Bannon was supposedly resisting ending up getting caught up in the 'Kurdistan' project.

Prison Data: 90% of Foreign-Born Federal Inmates Are Illegals


More than 90 percent of inmates held in federal prisons are illegal immigrants, according to data released by the Department of Justice on Tuesday.

The data:

45,500 federal prisoners are foreign born.
41,550 of those are in the U.S. illegally.
The amount of foreign-born prisoners overall represents 24 percent of the federal prison population, according to the data.

"Illegal aliens who commit additional crimes in the United States are a threat to public safety and a burden on our criminal justice system," Attorney General Jeff Sessions said in a statement.

"This is why we must secure our borders through a wall and effective law enforcement, and we must strengthen cooperation between federal, state and local governments as we strive to fulfill our sacred duty of protecting and serving the American people," Sessions said.

Of those illegals incarcerated, 54 percent have been issued deportation orders, and another 33 percent are being investigated by Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the data shows.

Just 26 — or 0.1 percent — have been issued asylum.

Trump cracks down on alt-left violence (about time!)

After eight years of an administration that hated the police and coddled protesters, it looks like President Donald Trump is finally cracking down on the alt-left's violence. The Justice Department looks like it's getting ready to pounce on left-wing protesters who injured cops earlier this year.

Don't you think it's about time the ringleaders of these left-wing riots faced some consequences?

The DOJ has demanded all the records of a far-left website that stirred up violence at Trump's inauguration on January 20.

DisruptJ20 said it plotted to physically "disrupt" the peaceful transition of power from former President Barack Obama to Trump through a "diversity of tactics."

When protesters finally got to D.C., we saw those "tactics" explode all over the city.

Rioters beat up a chauffer before busting his limousine's windows.

They smashed the windows at any businesses that happened to be in the area. And they topped it off by throwing rocks at the police.

Six police officers were injured by their violence.

When all was said and done, police arrested 230 people and have indicted 214 of them so far. But they wanted to get to the heart of it. Where did they learn about these tactics?

From the website, according to the DOJ – and one look at their website makes it obvious why.

DisruptJ20's website may as well be called "Violent Riots for Dummies."

Its front page links to an online pamphlet teaching rioters how to spray police in the eyes with spray paint. That could blind officers permanently.

DisruptJ2- gave rioters in Ferguson an article titled, "In Defense of Looting." The article tells anti-police thugs that looting is "one of the most righteous anti-white supremacist tactics available." Even stealing liquor "still represents a material way that riots and protests help the community."
