Besides, a lot of you have done and are doing for the old community of ROS.
I think many of them will help you in the further development FLY.

There is one person with a amount of 15M on Trex? Is that the wallet that will be destroyed?

What happens when Bittrex isn't switching ROS into FLY? or when some investors in ROS doesn't want to switch to FLY at all, and Bittrex doesn't want to swap?

Hmm, maybe you could have a burn address for the ROScoins received during the swap? Escrow? But I suppose it's fine if you are your own escrow and save those Fees.

I think it would probably be unlikely to be able to get a 100% swap, if there is a big turnout for the swap then you are still looking at maybe 60-70% IMO

I don't see why Bittrex wouldn't want to just swap out the Coin but I guess you would have to talk to Richie on that one.

Ive heard that they want like 3 btc. I dont think there will be many people involved in the swap and I like it that way. I was looking for a very small community to work with. Now I think that many people are going to wait until the last day to submit their coins, and if its a lot of people all at once, this will create a big problem for me. That why I did first come first served. Those people that submit on the last day migth wait 2-3 days to get their fly. To be fair, I will post my balance on the 14th of September. Im still buying as much as I can.

I'm still a bit confused:

Ratio is the same percentage that you hold in Ros coin

How do we figure out what percentage we hold?  And is ratio = number of coins, or % against total supply?

For example, how much FLY would one get upon swapping 10,000 Ros?

Ok..here is the way it works.

On September 16th 2015 at 6am, the swap closes.
I count the total number of Ros submitted. Lets say its 30 Million ROS.
I then calculate the percentage of ROS that was turned in by each person.
Lets say you turned in 3 million ROS, that is 10% of the total ROS submitted
The total fly is 150,000
You would get the same percentage in FLY, 10%. 10% of 150,000 is 15,000 fly coins.
