Juventus beat Genoa 2-0.  Lazio beat Sampdoria 3-1 with 3 goals scored in the first half.  Milinkovic-Savic is shown the red card.  Empoli won 3-1 while losing 1-0.  Such were the results of some matches in the Italian league.  The standings are very exciting.  There is a fierce race between Milan, inter, Napoli and Atalanta.

Juventus slowly move to a top range after almost half of a season. I think they will continue their performance and will be able to join the Scudetto race or at least challenge a third to fourth position. Compares to other clubs from fifth position and under, Juventus have best quality and what they only a conversion of player quality to good results.

I don't think Lazio, Roma or even Atalanta can compares to Juventus about player quality. It is a bit surprise if I say Juventus can win Scudetto but it is not impossible if they keep it up.

AC Milan should have won the game against Liverpool but failed once more.
They should shift full focus to the Seria A, rather than having divided attention.
Playing European competition can be very hectic, the Europa league is something serious.

Liverpool is not a weak team so to beat is certainly difficult for Milan and indeed, Milan is currently in a good position in Serie A but that does not guarantee for him to win against EPL teams in UCL. Also, Milan were already eliminated in European events so obviously, Milan will focus more on Serie A and will return to UCL next season with even better preparations. Milan is the rising star, but bad in the champions league. So far, the gap points are really tight even just have 4 difference points with 4th position Atalanta. Everything change can happen, Milan's position might be changed to 3rd position when lost versus Udinese while Inter won versus Cagliari and Napoli won versus Empoli. I just look at Atalanta as the best performance, win 5 games in a row, and never lost in 10 games, the last they lost by MU in the Champions league.

Juventus managed to win by 2-0 against Genoa but they still don't seem very credible to me. Because I watched the game and Juventus' attacking players were just terrible when it comes to finishing. They wasted incredible amount of goal chances. Alvaro Morata can be one of the worst strikers ever.    He is very incapable of finishing even very clear chances. He needs to get better but I don't think that he will start playing much better than this in the near future. By the way, I must admit that I was delighted with Cuadrado's incredible goal from a corner-kick.

Actually in this match I don't think Juventus VS Genoa but Juventus VS Sirigu
Juventus seemed to be facing a Genoa goalkeeper in this match because their players didn't move at all except the goalkeeper.
27 kicks (12 on goal) is in contrast to Genoa who have never released a single kick towards the Juventus goal.

Juventus really dominated the match against Genoa, Genoa players couldn't shoot at all. So Juventus deserved to win against Genoa,

They lost momentum in the last minute and this was not without reason, their schedule was too tight and their conditions did not allow them to follow everything, especially in UCL.

They are a big team that has returned to its best form at the moment so that the competition in Serie A is back to being competitive, it is not always Juventus who are on top like in previous seasons, now they dominate the league which they should be like that. I'm not a fan of them but I'm just happy when a big team that has a great history in the past can dominate again but yeah, the league is still long there's still half a season to go at least. I agree AC Milan will not be so disappointed not to be able to play in the Europa League, because big teams like AC Milan are not too interested
in winning the Europa League trophy. After all, the Europa League is only a second class competition, so not a priority for AC Milan. Now AC Milan
can focus more on winning every game in Serie A, which will not be constrained by physical fatigue, because AC Milan does not play in

seeing the rivalry of teams in the competitive Serie A is very exciting. even though we don't have a favorite team in Serie A, but when we see an interesting match and the struggle for tight standings it makes our interest to follow its development.
even the current top 4 Serie A teams are still very likely to get rid of each other. Serie A is one of the interesting Leagues this season besides the Premier League. compared to the French league which is dominated by one team. because the difference in points with other teams is very far.
