They have Giovani Simeone, a son of Atletico Madrid coach, but he is not a high quality striker. It makes sense to think that Napoli will have trouble if they lose Osimhen by injuries or transfer and have to use Giovani as their main striker. Giovani did had some good performances as a substitution but big difference when you play as a main striker and as an alternative striker.
