Thanks to your post I have been looking into the situation for Salernitana vs. Inter Milan and I agree that this is probably worth a bet. I think I would go with a 0.5+ handicap for Salernitana as it still gives you almost 3.0. Inter will have the Champions League game in the back of their heads, although I think they might be motivated to make up for the mess that happened in the Coppa Italia.
