I know Roma are struggling right now but I least expected that they would lose to a weak side like Genoa. Funny thing is, they began the goal scoring. Watched the highlights and couldn't help being disappointed at how weak and porous the defense of Mourinho's men was. Even Genoa's first goal made it so obvious. Their game against Frosinone was something to redeem themselves with but they are two places below them. If they want to get back to winning ways, they'd need to put in more work and cooperation. Im also glad to see Lukaku adapting at his new club and 3 goals in 3 matches seems like n impressive record to start a season with and with these stats he has shown he can help Roma cover the void created by Tammy Abraham who picked an injury in the closing match last season.

Indeed, AS Roma should have won against Frosinone in yesterday match, even though the victory was not something great. But yes, at least AS Roma managed to beat Frosinone with a score of 2-0, then maybe winning with clean sheets will also provide better morale for them too. Because anyway, in reality, the next two matches for AS Roma in Serie A can basically still guarantee AS Roma to win as well. Obviously, in the next two matches AS Roma must win, because after AS Roma play against Cagliari and Monza, then AS Roma will play away against Inter. Therefore, AS Roma should have improved its performance and good results from now on.

I think this in general somehow a character of how Mourinho's teams win games. It doesn't matter for him ever whether they play beautifully. The win is everything to him no matter how it is achieved. Foul play, time wasting, defensive strategy. I think it's a bit sad because some of the teams he coached could have played better. Now Roma is in a state of recovery anyway after their bad start. That is why I really understand him and the 3 points is all that's needed.

The quality of defenders is very important for the football Mourinho wants to play. Pepe-Carvalho-Ramos-Lucio-Cordio-Cordoba-Zanetti-Samuel, this man needs soldiers, experienced defenders who can sacrifice their heads if necessary. The current squad is insufficient except Spinazzola. The bottleneck is the quality up front and the quality at the back. I have a few recommendations for Roma. Right back : Wan Bissaka - Sacha Boey / Stopper : Koulibaly - Alaba - Fofana (injured and bad start to his chelsea career, maybe he can be bought) / Left back : Chilwell - Tierney. These seem to be the best options for Roma at the moment. These guys can build that Inter defense to some extent. Tierney-Alaba-Fofana-Sacha Boey would be a very tight and beautiful quartet. Also, yes, people make a lot of fun of Lukaku and rightly so, but seriously, his quality and natural physical superiority is something else, I hope he returns to his prime form.

With the way Roma played last season and upper season I still can't believe they're where they are now, if not for that win they had against Frosinone they would have been scratching the relegation zone.
I don't think they can make it to even anything close to the top 5, I mean Roma should be struggling to be at the top 5 on the table and it's something we hardly see from Mourinho that's struggling to meet up to the top 4. I just hope this isn't another fall out for the Roma team not to be in any European competition next season.

Today Fiorentina is playing against the last place in the standings and I don't know why the odd was from 1.44 to 1.52 today at Stake but I immediately took profit of such odd as I highly doubt to see any surprise result during this game.The facts speaks a thousand words here,Cagliari beside being in last place they have only scored 2 goals in all these games clearly signaling that this team is having a lot of difficulties to score goals.

Fiorentina on the other side if they don't win at home against the last place on the standings then against who will they win?Based on this to me this looks like the safest bet of the day for a 50% return  .

Since Lukaku returned to the Serie A he has been performing decently again. He scored a goal against Frosinone as well and now he has 3 goals in 5 games in the league. It is good to see him back here rather than getting stuck with Chelsea. Because most probably he was going to continue having problems there.

Chelsea was so stupid enough to waste a good talent like him. I can't even believe how chelsea was not even using him as the main striker. Chelsea has been treating him so badly and this may also become the main reason why he was not willing to stay in the club.
That's quite an impressive performance from lukaku at this moment. It's caused by he was playing in a new club with a new environment. He needs also to bound with a lot of an unfamiliar player for him.
Lukaku was roma's opponent last season, but he can become team mate. It's unbeleivable thing in the football.

Chelsea were actually using Lukaku as the main striker in the past. But no matter how much they wanted Lukaku wasn't still able to perform well for them. This was the main reason why they sold him first. After seeing his journey at Inter they took a big risk and paid 113 million euros to sign him back.

But after that it was another disappointment. I always believed that it was a really wrong transfer. In the end you have a bad history with this player. What has changed that you decided to do this? Lukaku didn't have good chemistry with Chelsea and at least he isn't there anymore now.

Even though the opponents they face are just a team at the bottom of the standings, I don't think Florentina will win that match easily. Cagliari will definitely provide fierce resistance because they need points right now, so there will be efforts made by Cagliari to get a draw in the match and Florentina must be wary of them if they don't want to lose full points at home.

In terms of the quality and players that Florentina has, it should make them favorites in this match and the match will also take place at Florentina's home ground so it will provide more advantages. That's Juventus, sometimes the matches that Juventus play are always boring, not only from the past until now, the matches that they play will always be boring to watch, but it is different from Atalanta in that they always play attacking and it is even very visible here that Atalanta plays very persistently and really wants to win.  Points in last night's match, but unfortunately Juventus performed well, they played defensively and always relied on the backpass which is Massimiliano Allegri's mainstay in every match that Juventus plays.

Juventus had a good chance to improve their rank in the Serie A table. In fact, they could get themselves closer to the top of the table with Inter Milan and Ac Milan but luckily they got only one point against Atlanta this week. Because compared to Jventos, Atalanta had a much better performance and they got more chances to score goals, I think Alegri was lucky in this game to get the one point.
Atalanta had everything they needed to have in this game to beat Juventus.

Roma's victory against Frosinone was enough to restore their confidence. They were pretty good in that game. I think this will make Roma restart their positive trend of winning. I hope Roma can enter the Europa League next season. Dybala played quite well in that match. Many of Roma's attacks were created by Dybala. I think Dybala's 2 assists are better than the goals scored by Lukaku and Pellegrini.

Juventus' appearance also seemed to be restrained and did not produce their best performance. they also had possession of the ball, meaning they weren't really in the cage of the Atalanta players. but they didn't manage to create many opportunities.
Allegri uses 5 midfielders who help in defense and attack. but they didn't get many options in their dead-end front line. however, nothing has changed in the standings. that keeps both of them in the top 5 of the standings.

Roma must immediately maintain the consistency of their performance. after being beaten by Genoa, now they improved it with a winning point from Frosinone.
