Last season was a perfect time for Osimhen to consider leaving the club, but he stay. Osimhen's peak form is crucial for Napoli, highlighting his importance as a star player.

Perhaps it's not just Osimhen's form, perhaps the formation and strategy that Spalletti used suited him better and that's why he was able to perform better last season. Things are different now and it's possible that if Osimhen can't get his old game back, he'll also lose value in the transfer market, but that should be more of a concern for Napoli.

The top 4 are staying close, but I'm not sure that Fiorentina will be able to remain in this group of teams for a long time. Napoli are really missing the ir former manager Luciano Spalletti,  and it's not too late for them to recall him for bring in a better manager that would atleast help the team to secure the top 4 position cause they're really struggling to pick a good form and be consistent under Rudi Garcia, his game play is not helping the team and the team lack a good connection on the pitch and are affected by it.

 I also free there's a dressing situation that affecting them as well, cause a good number of Snr players have fall out with the manager and that really a big problem cause most time such players would end up not following the coaches instructions especially when they're not winning games.

Luciano Spalletti currently as the manager of Italy national team because after Roberto Mancini withdraw from that position then Italy Football Federation has been decide to hire Luciano Spalletti as the next manager and he still focus to bringing Italy to qualified to Euro 2024 group stage so i don't think Spalletti will thinking to train Napoli again in the near future

Things like this are inevitable even though they still have a fairly good number of wins when trained by Garcia but if you compare this season and last season then there is already a noticeable difference from this.

As compared to the performance they had last season we could possibly say Napoli is currently having a decline in their performance, but then I don't think they have a coaching problem so sacking the coach at this time will not be the solution to their problem, earlier this season they started off fairly but then they started performing poorly after the issues that built up around the club both with players and the management.

I think we can understand that Napoli owner wants to consider for sacking Rudi Garcia. Napoli performance isn't as expected, they even lost many points when they played against smaller teams. It is something that never happened in the previous season when Napoli was under Luciano Spalletti's management. There are some problems in Napoli squad now. They looks to have not effective tactics and they players' mentality is decreasing much. Napoli players are no longer to have winning mentality. Also, with the tactics made by Rudi Garcia, some players seem not happy because they can optimize their abilities. We all know about the past experience of Rudi Garcia and he is even close to saying he is a good coach because of the last performance he had before Napoli.
