Another week in italy Serie A when only 2 games are going to be disputed. The corona outbreak in Italy will damage further more the sports and will trigger a delay bigger than it was suppose to be because I don't think the games can resume fully next week or in 2 weeks because if we take a loot at China from the 1st cases they decided to close all basketball matches from all the country. Anyway, I'm glad that Lazio won again as I do still believe that they will win Serie A this year.

Because of this corona virus, all the sports in Italy are hampered because the plague continues to spread to others while Italy is the top country affected by the corona virus. -A who will do it in the future.

I see Lazio's performance so well from Juventus from attack and defense they are now getting more solid with his team and I think that this season Lazio will be the champions.

An "easy solution" is to delete the national friendly matches on schedule.

That is a 2 weeks break and in that time you can play 3 turns.

I think it is not only that they do not want players to get infected (which I am sure plays a big role) but it is also probably if even one infected person goes to the game there could be THOUSANDS of people who got infected there as well because of how quickly it could spread out in a closed space. So I think there is a good reason to close the games.

Now, do not forget that I am not Italian and I do not support any of the teams so maybe I am just too impartial and only care about the possible virus outbreak and I don't care if a team has a home court advantage or not, I don't even care about who will be the champions because that is not as important as compared to getting a whole coronavirus outbreak in the nation.

They cancelled Venice festival too to avoid having thousands of people infected also. And if the number of people getting infected will continue jumping then they will limit the use of public transport or close factory if necessary not only football games.

Anyway Lazio is doing well, they are the first in the rank temporarily waiting for Juve missing match!

It was a solid win from Lazio yesterday.
I love the way that Immobile is the key player of lazio's squad and I think that he is going to het a good transfer to a bigger club on summer.
This Serie A title is a game of 3 this season.

Lazio had a calm win with Bologna last night they excelled and became the top of Lazio's first standings now a strong team after Juventus.

While Juventus and Inter have to compete this week even though the match is postponed they will still be playing and who will lose the match?

If Juve loses it will be 2 points behind Lazio and on the contrary Inter will lose it will be difficult to peak the standings again.

It's really hard for rivals in Serie A to chase points for a trophy this season.

When is this international break scheduled? Do you mean the one at the end of March where the Nations League Playoffs will be played as well? March 26-31.
UEFA wouldn't allow it. These international breaks are important to them.

Apparently the bans and postponement are not only limited to Serie A games, Italian teams part of European matches are also placed on a heavy monitoring as well. After the Valencia-Atalanta match, four Valencia fans showed symptoms from the virus and they are now planning to ban Atalanta fans on their next match. I would expect to see this kind of treat to other European matches involving Serie A teams but I think the most fair treatment is to play the matches on closed doors so that it wouldn't look like the other team having 2 home matches while facing Italian teams. Just after 3 days Italy has now 1,128 confirmed cases for the COVID-19 and I'll expect that UEFA will have extreme measures placed under Italian teams.

With what we saw around Europe, outbreak occured in Italy first and then it does over many nations in the continent. Recently, I saw news that 3 players in Serie C have been infected. If what scientists said and predicted are right, the pandemic won't dissapear soon. So with next few months, there are many things that local governments will have to resonsider to keep leagues going on or postpone till next year.

We can say now that playing in close stadiums is good but if more players will be infected with the virus,   the severity of the virus on soccer will change as well.

Atalanta in fact humiliated Leece, badly. 7-2...this is a training mode somehow, feel sorry for Leece since it will cause a psychological trauma..

Inter is in kind of a weird place right now, they are 2 games behind Lazio and one game behind Juventus with one of them being against Juventus. So, if they win those two games they would get 6 points and be at 60 points, still not enough to be the leader in the league and be 2 points behind current Lazo and even if Juventus loses to Inter they are basically at the same place so nothing is over for anyone right now.

However, if Juventus wins, that doesn't change too much for Lazio and Juventus themselves but that would basically end Inters chances for the title, sure its football and anything could happen but it would most probably be a game over for them. I personally think Inter will win against Sampdoria when they play but will lose to Juventus and end the league at third place.

Indeed, there was no change in his position. But with a win every game, at least get closer points (at least remain the same difference in points) but it's better that, compared to having to lose. Which will further distance the inter from the top position.

both matches today are 7+ goals, which is rare and strange, Atalanta is totally strange team, they could score five goals with ease, but also conceive many goals on the other end, but with number of goals it is great to watch matches
