All eyes are on the Inter - Milan derby game now. This is one of the important games on the road going to the Serie A title. Inter can make the point gap with Milan even seven in case they win and Milan can make it one if they do the same. Inter still have a game missing though but there is no guarantee for them to win that one in the end. They would aim to win this game absolutely. Their current form has been much better than Milan and a tough game is waiting for especially them. But if Milan somehow win this game, I believe that they can maintain their claim for the title for a long time.

The Inter - Milan game is going to carry a big importance for the championship chance of both teams. Inter already are four points ahead of Milan and they have a missing game also. They have a potential to make this gap seven points I mean. Therefore, this is a must-win game for Milan if they really aim to be the champions of the Serie A at the end of this season. In case Inter even win this game, they can make the gap ten points by winning the missing game too and finish it already. Maybe Napoli can follow them closer but not that close. I will be favouring Milan to win this.

Of course, if some team really deserve to be the champions of the league, then they should be. But the main thing here is that none of us would like to see the title rivalry ending so earlier above all else. If Inter win this game and Napoli also make a big mistake against Venezia, then I think that could be it. Inter can have a big point difference with Napoli and Milan and wouldn't let them get too close ever I think. We saw the exact same thing in the previous season and it was boring after a point for this reason.

It seems to me that BTTS is too risky a bet in this pair, the teams will play closed football and the match may end 0-0 or 1-0 in favor of one of the teams. I think it is more profitable to bet on the underdog (as I understand it will be Milan) because in fact both teams will have equal chances, but because of the status of the underdog, betting on Milan will be profitable.

Actually their last match in the same stadium this season ended by a 1-1 score. I think that they both can score again. Inter are currently only 4 points ahead of Napoli who are now in 2nd place. Italian league in the coming months will get really competitive and Inter should in no way think that they are safe on top of the table, okay?
Juventus, after having a bad start to the season, have found back their rhythm and the gap among the top 4 teams is only 10 points. One mistake and Inter will fall to 3rd or 4th place. So, I'm hoping for a thrilling Italian League.

Napoli have one more game, it's fair to have their points gap thin. In the next two weeks Napoli will visit Venezia, maybe three points will be obtained by them. Inter have to play a big match against Milan.  In addition, the opportunity to win will be even more interesting. Milan, Napoli and Inter will be favourites this season.  If Milan win maybe they will reduce the distance of points. But it looks like Inter are more stable, so I think they will win. 4 points is not too easy to handle neither. I mean Inter is ahead just enough to have one bad game, aside from that they are already the better team as well if you ask me. Finishing the league is a lot harder than starting the season. Just to give an example, having 5 wins in a row on your first 5 games is much easier compared to having 5 games in a row win when you are ending the league.
Fatigue is one reason, and excitement is another. When you are that close to ending it, and there is a chance you could be champions, many teams start to have bad games, because it is so exciting. Inter has enough players that became champions so far, so they will not feel that, whereas other teams will have that which will result with them losing more points.

Their 3 matches this season ended 2-1 for Inter in the quarter-finals of the Italian league, 1-1 in the first meeting in Serie A this season and I feel that even now it will be almost the same result as their meeting in the league which is a draw.

I still can't say that Inter are favored playing at home, because even they have the same home at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza. So, the home and away factor in this derby I don't think it will affect them, the strongest consideration is the team situation that happened where it was quite clear that Inter deserved to be the favourites. Also, I also don't find Milan the favorite to win in terms of odds, I think he got it a bit wrong, or if that's true then of course it would be good to bet on Inter with bigger odds.

The next couple of weeks are gonna be very hectic for Inter. Facing  Roma, Milan, and Napoli consecutively is gonna be very hard for them but I think they should approach match by match and the coach's tactics will also be very important in order to play 3 big matches in a short period of time.
