I was wondering when the post you quoted was posted for the date and time, because if they say it was recently that seems unlikely. Because right now even Atalana is below Inter with a three-point gap and also, Lazio who is currently in fourth place but in reality the points gain is the same as Inter with thirty points.

Milan is still having a chance to bet napoli. i see no reason the position from the club will determine the result from the game. As long as napoli will be performing so well and there's no doubt to believe in intermilan will able to beat napoli. Bookies believe in intermilan will be far superior compared with napoli.
