However, I also believe that roster management is the most important thing in all of football that many teams fail because it requires a lot of freedom for people who needs to build it. I mean you need 11 good players and some good bench players as well. For that to be a good job, you need players at least valued around 20 million, and 11 of those means 220 million, with some good bench, you will be at around 300-350 million valuation and you will have a pretty decent team.

We have seen teams much higher than that not have any good return at all unfortunately, why? Because they end up with 5 million dollar defender or midfielder with 80 million dollar striker. That's not how you win.
