It was a disappointing result on the part of Roma. This was definitely not the result they had wanted because they played very well and dominated the game. Roma deserved to win the game but Monza were able to get a goal back quickly after falling behind to equalize few minutes after. Roma should have defended their one goal lead and priorities getting all three points from the game.

Roma actually played quite well in that match. It's just that they are not very good at taking advantage of the opportunities they have. And on the one hand, AS Roma were also careless and they conceded a goal which made the match end in a draw. But so far AS Roma can be said to be better after De Rossi was replaced by Juric. Because AS Roma won two straight wins after Juric took over as coach from De Rossi. And in the last match AS Roma was not lucky enough because they had to get a draw. And maybe in the next match a more difficult challenge awaits AS Roma. because in the next match AS Roma has to face Inter Milan. Inter Milan is a very solid team since last season. So I think it would be very natural if everyone started doubting Roma in that match. Because there will be more people who favor Inter Milan. In the European league, AS Roma have only collected 1 point from the two matches they have faced. And it is clear that this is a very difficult situation for AS Roma. Because in the next matches AS Roma can no longer lose points if they want to continue to advance to the next stage in the Europa League.

Certainly Roma played good football against Monza and they had a lot of shots on goal. Dovbyk is doing amazing things for Roma and his goal against Monza was fantastic. Mentally he is definitely a strong player and he doesn't give up. But one of Roma's biggest problems is that the players can't send enough passes to a player as talented as Dovbyk. Yes it could be, but Roma will play at home, I think they won't give it away Inter mess up their defense. Roma will fierce struggle to present the winning for fans. I don't think so Inter can make draw easily or winning on Olympico because in the last five matches Roma is never have lost, they just lost on europa eufa league when play away to Elfsborg. Como is another team I'm rooting for because of Fabregas. They play good football and they know how to score goals, but their problem is, they concede too much. There has not been any game where they did not concede at least a goal. If a team is going to concede that much, then they should be ready to outscore their opponents. Como obviously cant outscore every opponent, so they need to learn how to be better defensively and not concede goals anyhow. If they don't work on that they might see themselves in difficult position later on.

Do not forget they signed Rapheal Varane on a free transfer after he left Manchester United but being Injury prone has affected him from playing further football. Since resigning, Como as a club are yet to replace him and have not raise such talks of getting another defender right now when the transfer window resumes.
In between, I'm still rooting for Cese Fabregas, I saw the game they played against Juventus, and against Napoli during the first half of the game and I can say that they'll be one of the clubs that'll definitely escape relegation. They have good fighting spirit and at the same time togetherness, a concrete DM and CB is all that's needed.

After 5 years of being acquired by Indonesian owners, I see Como is on the right track. And the Hartono brothers are not calculating spending with Como. In the transfer market this summer, the team has been generous in bringing in famous players. Although only a rookie in Serie A, Como is playing quite well in the early stages of the 2024-2025 season.
But this team has the additional weakness of being vulnerable away from home, and I feel like Como doesn't have enough strength to compete in Serie A. However, with Como's confidence, they are ready to face any team. Hopefully, this big tournament will hone them and give them the experience to become more competitive teams, I think they need more quality signings that will make them improve further.

They also got Alberto Moreno from Villareal but that won't be enough. They need a DM to win the balls and allow Sergi Roberto and Nico Paz to control the midfield more.
The key to defending well is not just having good defenders. While having good defenders is paramount, a good system and setup are also crucial, without that, a team's defence will always suffer. The way the team drops back and defends when they're too with the ball, the way they press quickly to make sure they win back the ball, and the way they close up every possible space when their opponents are with the ball all matter in defending.

Defending in football these days is not left for just the 4 defenders and DM alone. These days everybody joins in, just as everybody joins in on the attack. So even with the right defenders, they still have to get their system right.

The match between Roma and Inter Milan will indeed be an interesting match, Roma will face a difficult match even though they will play at home later, so far we cannot say that Roma are in good condition after the change of coach and I see that their game is still not very stable at the moment as we saw against Elfsborg and also monza, when Roma is in the current condition, I don't see if playing at home will actually benefit Roma, especialy if we remember Inter Milan performance which is currently in a positive trend after a winning streak and has a solid defense so far in the league, besides that Inter Milan has a very good record against Roma so far and their will maintain that good record in the match.

Of course Inter Milan is very favored when playing against Roma because both teams are in different conditions, Inter Milan who are in their best form and even they have been quite strong since last season while Roma with all the problems they are currently experiencing and even with their new coach of course will find it very difficult to beat a strong team like Inter Milan.

Roma with their new coach Ivan Jurić does seem to have improved compared to the beginning of the season when they were still handled by De Rossi but Roma currently has not proven anything because Ivan Jurić has only led the team in a few matches so they still need a lot of proof including one of which is against Inter Milan in the next match Roma.
