AC Milan enjoyed a comfortable win over Cagliari yesterday in the Coppa Italia competition, easily beating the weak side  and moving to the next round. For me I'd say I didn't expect much from the visitors because in the game they already looked defeated and just had to play for show. AC Milan is a good club but it's being a while I saw such number of goals coming from them and it got me wondering why they don't produce such goals in the Serie A. Maybe Cagliari would have turned the tables around had it been a Serie A game because the league for me is stronger than the Coppa Italia and Cagliari won't have been beaten with that amount of goals, maybe we'd have seen something like 2-0 or say 2-1 since the visitors doesn't stand a chance against AC Milan on a normal day.

4-1 is an important score. Cagliari is not a very weak team. They are generally in a position to be a team that defends well against strong teams. It was very good for Milan to score 4 goals against a team that was closed like this. They often had a hard time against teams that were shut down. I want them to show similar performance in league matches.

Even without the best squad, Milan could still win big with that landslide score and they officially advanced to the quarterfinals of the Coppa Italia. Maybe it is true that Cagliari is not a weak team, but they do their best to defend themselves so they are not easily broken into. But unfortunately, even though Milan only has a squad, they can still destroy Cagliari easily and the difference in the level of players the two teams have is also quite different.

Ordinarily we all expect Milan to win this match but it wouldn't be without a fight from Cagliari, Cagliari is struggling this season and have not been performing well and might want to give Milan a run for their money in this match but Milan is a good side and have performed well this season however  Milan where able to trash them 4-1, though not as we all expect especially seeing how they couldn't make it to the next round of the champions league after a tough fight in their group fixtures against PSG, Newcastle and Dortmund but i think they are doing pretty well in the league and am sure they will end up in the champions league spot.

Maintaining enthusiasm and building team chemistry is something that Salernitana must achieve and I agree with you. It's not easy to be a weak team in Serie A and they will still be an isolated team at the bottom if they are still stuck with their defeats. The results of the previous two matches were probably the result of the players' patience and they never gave up before they were free from the relegation zone.

Players from Africa would find it difficult to catch-up with the top scorers this time around at most Victor Oshime for Napoli and then Ademola Lookman who's currently pushing the attack for Atlanta.
They should already be with rest of them lad's at the National Camp anticipating for the kick off.

It'll be definitely difficult to see these players come back competing for the top scorers after the stress, heat and pressure from African Competitions. Olivier Giroud should try but he's not having enough chances created for him to nod in. Lol!

If they can't bounce back quickly then they'll really be in Serie B for next season, but if they can show improvement then they might avoid relegation.
