If we take a look at some players that succeeded in their team, most of them came from mediocre teams where they were doing great before they moved to better teams it's just that no matter how well a player is, he is more visible when playing for a bigger teams though we can't really underestimate Napoli because they are also one of the recognized teams in Italy and Europe at large.
