Lukaku is undoubtedly an amazing player and his performances in the Serie A speak for itself. If he ends up with Conte’s Napoli, he will definitely stir up some amount of goals for sure, because we have seen how Conte likes to utilize tall-target man strikers. If you look at Conte’s season with Spurs, Harry Kane was one of the players who succeeded marginally in that season. But unfortunately, we probably won’t see that happening, as the swap deal may not go through. Napoli's asking price for Osimhen is quite high, and definitely, Lukaku for Osimhen won’t cut the deal. Inter Mila is pretty much all set. Question is whether they are about to be one of the top teams in Europe. They can, but they would need to sign further top players now. But players would only go there if they have some bright future ahead of them. Difficult to tell at this moment. After the Copa America and euro, is the Olympics too so it's very possible some players will be fatigued already by the time they are coming back for the league games already. It's really not going to be something that some teams can be able get almost immediate balance as soon as the season starts, they may literally have to go almost halfway into the season before some teams may gradually get to attain some levels of balance with which they will hope to sustain through the season and get a trophy most likely by the end of the season. Though some players may be resting probably because they aren't part of their national team, they are going to be the pillars of their club teams till they later find their strength in the league again. The deal isn't about Romelu Lukaku all along alone, Chelsea needs a concrete goalscorer, it's almost like humans needing air and water so they could libe on the surface on the earth. They cannot rely on Nicholas Jackson otherwise they'll be in purgatory next season, Cole Palmer cannot save them alone.

Napoli want to sell Victor Oshimen at the moment because the price is still high despite his poor performance last season, indeed he experienced a price drop but not too drastically and if Napoli sell this player they can use the money from the sale as capital to buy players and one of the players they are interested in is Lukaku who performed well in Rome last season.
