I don't know why as time passes on De Rossi keeps on showing a poor coaching system by allowing his team to be losing. In the beginning of his contract with Roma, he started it well by winning matches after he took over from Mourinho but his wins started fading away to draws and later losses.

This shows that De Rossi needs to understand his players capabilities and work with them based on that. Is it that his game pattern is what is not working out for him, if so he needs to strategize a new pattern in order for him to build the team to their best performance.

De Rossi even though he has above average players and even many star players there, but De Rossi does not utilize the existing players at all as if he is confused to make AS Roma a strong club, because we know that after Morinho left, he had great players and even performed great in the domestic league and the European League, De Rossi seems confused in implementing his good players in terms of individuals, I hope De Rossi is able to learn a lot about coaching because in my opinion he is not ready yet , I am sure that he actually refuses because it could harm everyone.

If we go back, we always praise De Rossi's performance which is considered very capable of improving Roma's game but what we see now is far from the expectations that have existed since last season. In the previous season Inter, Milan and Juventus all won under the same conditions (home-away). But this season I don't think this scenario will be exactly the same.

Inter and Juventus are likely to win again but... Milan don't seem like that.    They have started the season horrible. Despite having a good squad Fonseca can't make things in his head happen yet. Lazio can make serious difficulties for them and I won't be surprised with another point loss.

So far both teams have the same interest in each player, Milan who have previously brought in Morata still seem to want to try to strengthen their attacking line by trying to recruit Tammy Abraham as an alternative central striker if possible later to lose Morata due to injury or absence, as well as Roma who currently have Dovbyk as a main striker of course still needs a left-wing striker to support Dovbyk performance as a central striker, Roma only have El Shaarawy as a left-wing striker so I think the arrival of Saelemaekers will be a good reserve to face stiff competition this season.
The two clubs are currently in positive negotiations to finalize the deal, in addition to the news that Milan have agreed to pay 10 million euros to Roma so I think before the transfer market closes then it is very likely the deal and that the transfer could happen.

The main problem will come if one of the teams demand for too much for the swap because they will do it based on the players market value. I am still expecting a smooth deal since all the players have personal interest with the teams.

Milan is interested in signing another striker that will work with the new signing Alvaro Morata and the English striker has been on the radar. Since both players have an interest in these clubs, the deal will be smooth. But Roma might be requesting an additional €10milloin with Alexis Saelemaekers because it is believed that Tammy Abraham has more value.

With the signing of Artem Dovbyk from Girona, Tammy might not have more chance to feature in games since the Ukrainian might be the favourite of Daniele De Rossi. There is nothing surprising, because both players are equally lucky because one position is empty and want to exchange places so the most important thing is whether after this exchange they feel it is right? considering the reason behind both of them wanting to move means there is something that makes them uncomfortable so don't be surprised in their new place their teammates will have a response that is not much different. Tami and Alexis hope professionally that they can't always move here and there just to avoid problems. 🥴

It is surprising what AS Roma showed at the beginning of the season, this is far from the expectations of many people towards AS Roma which was quite good in the second half of last season when handled by De Rossi, since many changes the team's performance has actually declined.

De Rossi's Roma were held to a 0-0 draw with Cagliari in the opening round before losing shockingly to Empoli in the second round. The highlight here is the deadlock in attack with the confusion of striker Artem Dovbyk. Last season's La Liga top scorer was brought in with a lot of expectations, but all Dovbyk has shown is a big zero. Striker Dovbyk is not able to operate independently and does not have the same strength as Romelu Lukaku, so he needs more support from those around him. Expectations are high with a pretty big pre-season shopping campaign. If everything can be solved with money, the market is still open.
Roma may have to change their tactical formation after what they have shown. Roma lacked both energy and aggression in those two games, especially the ability to attack on the wings. With the current situation, the Champions League is too far away for them.
