I realized that we have a great match this weekend. It is Wolfsburg vs Leipzig.

We dont have only one great match this Weekend !
We are starting the 3rd match day today already with Dortmund vs Hoffenheim and i guess this is for sure an interesting game.
Union Berlin against Gladbach , Bayern Munich vs Hertha Berlin this all are great games also.
Wolfsburg about Leipzig should be a win for Leipzig in my opinion maybe.

I would consider Wolfsburg against Leipzig the most important game of the weekend because it tells a lot about both clubs. Can Leipzig confirm the strength of all the last seasons against above average teams? Or can Wolfsburg confirm its achievement of last season and show that that wasn't just luck but a substantial move forward for the club as a whole? I really doubt Wolfsburg will be able to repeat the result of last season while Leipzig has proven over and over again that they are now a top 4 team.

It is really the fight to be considered unpredictable on who's going to win, and Wolfsburg had established a great record on the season of 2020-21 Bundesliga on that particular season we all know Wolfburg and Leipzig's standing and all I can say is this will be a great match, and just like what you have said this is really a notable match, and right now Wolfsburg has a great standing in the Bundesliga with 2 wins, 0 draws, 0 loses, while Leipzig has 1 win, 0 draws 1 loss, right now people are familiar with both teams strength and weakness and what they can do, But I may bet for Leipzig just to support the 2nd champion in the bundesliga.

I agree that Wolfsburg have a really tough job to do here. But I believe that it is the same for Leipzig also. Yes, Leipzig ended the last season at the 2nd position. And they even fought hard for the title until some point. But we shouldn't underestimate Wolfsburg here also. Because they also had a great season. And they ended at the 4th position by being only 4 points behind Leipzig. I expect goals from each side and a draw at the end.

Hoffenheim can beat them for sure when they have a good day and playing well ,but normaly Dortmund should make it today.

On paper, Dortmund is certainly more favored to win than Hoffenheim, however, if you look at Hoffenheim's current performance which is in its best form, of course it will be a difficult match for dortmund later.
both teams will certainly play all out in that match because both teams want to improve their position in the league standings, currently Hoffenheim are in second place in the Bundesliga standings with one win and one draw, while dortmund are in 7th place, with one win and once lost.

The match was really close at first and then when it all settles in the first half both teams have landed 1 - 1 goals, I know Hoffenheim landed the 11 positions on the standings but this does not mean that Dortmund should underestimate them, Hoffenheim can sure bring the fight head-on and sometimes give a decent match to the top 5 teams, but right now Dortmund Jude Bellingham makes a goal and Dortmund makes the first lead, in the match.

Erling Haaland scores every match, who would like to sell him for any money? Borussia Dortmund should keep him no matter what it costs but there is too much speculation around him. That was a really exciting match to watch and it could have also easily ended in a draw as Hoffenheim scored the equalizer in the very last minute of the regular playtime and, at least for me, that goal was also deserved at that moment. Afterwards Dortmund managed to score again in the overtime and to win the game. Looking at the statistics of the match Dortmund leads in basically every category and has more than twice as much shots on the goal then hoffenheim so i would say the win was lucky because it happened at the very last moment but also well deserved for dortmund if we look at the complete match.

This one was also an extremely important one for Dortmund. If they lost points again and already fell behind the top of the table, that would have been a hit to their ambitions and motivation. I expected them to be clearly superior against Hoffenheim in a home game. This is not to say that Hoffenheim is an easy opponent, but Dortmund aspires to become a German champion again. They have to deliver on a whole different level constantly if they really want to threaten Bayern Munich in the slightest throughout a whole season.

Maybe 4 - 2 or 5 - 2 is worth it for them.

The match Bayern vs. Berlin tonight will be interesting. Berlin has not scored a point in the first two matchdays, despite the great ambitions and the money invested, and is currently last in the table. A defeat against Bayern could make the false start perfect. Bayern must get at least one point so that they do not lose early connection to the top. Did not think that a game so early in the season can already be decisive.

I agree! a score of 3 - 2 against Hoffenheim is not what I expected either, that means they are really struggling to make a win, or maybe their defense was depleted, but the good part was Erling Haaland make the last goal to make the win against Hoffenheim, their score is a typical struggle with a team that didn't really make on the top 5 on the season 20-21 what if they face Bayern, Leipzig or Leverkusen but a win is a win, and they need to give their all because this is the last season for Erling Haaland, the club can not afford him anymore and might say goodbye to the team when the season ends.
