The sad part about Frankfurt's defeat was that Mainz was one man short but they still managed to pipe the hosts. For sometime, I regarded Frankfurt as a big team and thought less of Mainz but after the visitors did a number on Bayern Munich in their last game was when I started paying them respect.

 Another shocking defeat was the Holstein Keil thrashing of Augsburg. Normally, Augsburg are not a consistent team in terms of giving good results but I least expected them to concede that much number of goals and to think that Augsburg scored first.

Yeah, just because they did badly last year doesn't mean that they are going to do badly this year neither, they are going to of course do better plus even Leverkusen is not doing as well as they did last year, so it's normal for Bayern to be leading right now. The thing about the last year is that I doubt even the now better Bayern would have been able to in that if we don't consider direct matches with Bayer.
