Bayer Leverkusen has set a record that is now a standard for the top clubs in the Bundesliga. Records are good but what matters is a club's ability to win the league. Having said this, Bayern Munich wouldn't have to have an unbeaten run like Bayer's last season"s performance to be called a formidable side. To me, they have performed above my expectations. I never thought that a novice coach like Vincent Kompany would be able to harness the players in the club to come up with these results. They are currently at the top of the league and still have the chance of making it to the UCL round of sixteen, the team deserves some accolades.

Yes, Leverkusen have set a great record winning the Bundesliga title unbeaten, that record is a record that will take a very long time before it will be broken because it is very hard to go complete 34 matches without a single defeat.

But their ability to win the Bundesliga again this season is what will determine their quality to be considered as a world class team, and I think this will be a hard for Alonso to achieve this season because he didn’t sign enough players to support the process.
Bayern Munich under Vincent Kompany has become something else, the team now have good quality and an outstanding performance which is the reason why many people including me think that Leverkusen will not win the Bundesliga this season, I am hoping on Bincent Kompany to win the Bundesliga this season.

The only teams that are left and doing fine right now looks to be Bayern Munich and Leverkusen, I am not saying they won't lose too, because even they could lose but at the moment we are talking about a lot of other teams ending up with no-win results, and that is not something we can easily bet on, any team could lose, Frankfurt, Augsburg, even Mainz could end up in a loss, or a draw. Bayern and Bayer those are the only ones left and they are going to probably end up with a good result in most games, so if you always put them together, which would increase the odds and the return, then you are going to end up with a good return without a doubt.

However, if you end up losing, you could martingale your way out of that loss, because I am sure, even if they fail to win together in a week, then next week they will, or the week after that. This is a method I used in Turkish league for Fenerbahce and Galatasaray, and I made insane amount of profit last season, and doing alright for this season as well.

Having to get an unbeaten back to back in two seasons have not happened before and when Bayern Leverkusen were able to do it last season, they were commended for it. The Bundesliga from last season has become a very tough league after seeing so many clubs coming out to play better than they use to in the past. Bayern Munich have also gotten better when compared to last season, and we can only see them trying to reclaim their league title back. I know they won’t have it easy like they use to in the past because of the nature of the Bundesliga now, but with their performance so far this season, they may end up winning it if they maintain the consistency in their games now. Xabi Alonso did well for his team last season and this season so far is not an exception to that, but Vincent Kompany had outshine and is already a step ahead of him. We may see a tight fight here, but time will tell how it’s gonna be in the end.

After a not very successful start to the season, Bayer seems to have improved their game and they are close enough to Bayern to within 4 points. After the holidays, they have a very difficult match with Dortmund and I think that they can lose points in this match. This is the most crucial match for both teams, because both teams are currently maintaining their positive trend and do not want to lose any more points after starting the season poorly. For Leverkusen, this victory certainly wants to maintain the distance with Bayern Munich who are in first place because they are currently only 4 points behind. While Dortmund certainly do not want to continue to be outside the UCL zone, they certainly want to take advantage of this match to be able to enter the top four.

Dortmund is advantaged in this match because they are playing in front of their own supporters and so far we know that Dortmund supporters are always enthusiastic to give support to their favorite team, this support certainly gives extra strength to Dortmund. Leverkusen is currently also in their best form after winning big last week of course they have high self-confidence. So I think this match will be difficult to predict, what is certain is that both teams will score goals and this match will be fierce.

Those 5 minutes were enough for Borussia Dortmund to beat Wolfsburg. That was where the game was lost already, but Dortmund got another unnecessary red card. Leading the game 3-1 and then getting a stupid red card is just so dumb. There was no need to take such a risk to get a straight red.

that's true. Those five minutes were totally unexpected moment. From beginning, Dortmund tired enough to took the control in the field and did serveral attempt to score a goal but when it was 25th minutes, Donyell Malen excellently controlled the football with his leg what came from corner directly and he successfully Scored a first goal behalf of Dortmund team. And second and third goals were happened at 28th & 30th minutes by Maximilian Beier and Julian Brandt respectively where they both Scored a goal with similar shot and due to goalkeeper's poor performance, he failed to control the football what was very unexpected. But yeah, Dortmund already destroyed Wolfsburg within that minutes. Afterwards the start of 2nd half, Denis Vavro able to Scored a goal at 58th minutes behalf of Wolfsburg where Dortmund goalkeeper unable to defended the ball when he could easily control the ball with his hand. And yeah, it was an unnecessary attempted from Pascal Grob to did such foul and got at red card just after Wolfsburg scored their first goal.. maybe Dortmund took that one goal more seriously lol. And finally Dortmund won and currently ranked 6th which is a big thing in my opinion.

Bayern Munich is having great season. Even though they might lose some games they are still best team in league. It is not realistic to think that any team can go through whole season without losing game. German Bundesliga is very competitive league. Last year Bayer Leverkusen did something special by not losing any games but that does not happen often. Instead of focusing on going unbeaten fans should enjoy exciting football that Bayern Munich is playing. Vincent Kompany is doing great job leading team and it is fun to watch them play.

Frankfurt and Augsburg, both teams suffered defeats with quite large scores. Mainz was able to beat Frankfurt with a score of 3-1 at Frankfurt's home, Mainz had a pretty good season, their performance slowly improved, and now they are in 5th place which indicates that they could be a new threat to compete for the top 4 positions. On the other hand, after losing to Leverkusen, Augsburg again suffered a second defeat at the hands of Holsten Keil with a score of 5-1, quite disappointing because they lost to a team in the relegation zone.

Mainz does have the opportunity to seize one of the positions in the top four of the Bundesliga this season if they continue to improve in the upcoming matches this season so Frankfurt and Leipzig must be more wary of Mainz this season. Because Mainz is only two points behind the two teams so Frankfurt and Leipzig must be able to be better in the upcoming matches if they want to continue to survive in the top four zone. However, since the next match is still a long way off for the Bundesliga, each team can use their time to improve their weaknesses and also monitor the transfer market when it reopens so that their strengths can be improved.

Honestly, some teams in the world are doing better than expected, in most leagues as well. Mainz is the one for bundesliga, bournemouth is for premier league, I would go as far as saying Atalanta being leaders at serie A is another one, I could see them doing fine, but leader is a lot of success.

Mainz was not expected to be this high, not just battling for top four, but it was not really expected to be THIS high, they are doing insanely well and because of that reason I really do not think they are going to end up terrible, it is not really a big issue at all. We should consider the possibility that we are going to end up with a great deal of talent out of Mainz at the end of this season, because bigger teams will see this success and check who caused it and they will buy whatever player they have that plays good.

And bad thing for smaller clubs like Mainz, they cant replace their good players even though they have money, it's hard to convince stars, so they go back and try to find younger players with potential instead, and they get a little bit worse each time. Hopefully, Mainz could end this season properly, like top four, that would give them UCL money too, so they could do a bit better.

This particular encounter is actually going to be a very difficult tie for Bayern Leverkusen no doubt because in as much as they are in a more better form than borussia dortmund, they are also aware that borussia dortmund is a very strong team and one of the favourite to win the league before it started, so it's definitely not going to be an easy encounter for the Bayern Leverkusen side, especially in this game that they are playing away from home.
Then as for the title chances of Bayern Leverkusen, in my own opinion I believe that they still have a very big chances of winning the league title this season because the race is still very far and besides Bayern Munich that is above them is just leading with only four points, so if they can be more consistent in getting the desired result, I believe that Bayern Munich will drop some point along the line that may give them the chance for them to go top of the league, so they need to be ready to seize any opportunity in case Bayern Munich drops some point along the line.

With the ongoing Christmas break, we won't see any action until 10th of January, when we'll see an opening game of round 16 between Dortmund and Leverkusen.
Leverkusen is currently the only serious rival that can stop Bayern from winning the league, and if Bayer wants to defend their title, they need to keep winning difficult games like the one in Dortmund.
Borussia has been horribly inconsistent this season but they haven't lost any of their last 5 league games and are especially dangerous at home. Their points per game for home games is +1.79 points higher than for their away games, which is the highest in the Bundesliga.

I'm hoping to see Leverkusen winning it, just so Bayern is not left without any competition and to keep things interesting up until the end.

The thin is that if you consider they have fired the previous manager for the performance and the current one is doing better and supposedly he would have done better last year then that is false, because even with the results they have now they wouldn't have been able to beat Bayer last year, so, how can then draw any conclusion and be sure that even without changing the trainer Bayern won't still be leading now?

You can't claim the changes have done the situation better when you're on top just because your adversaries play way worse than last year!

This is one of those games I will say take it out of the multiple betting games and bet on them separately, the odds for the both team simply tells you how the two teams have been this season. Sadly both teams aren’t were they would have wanted to be this season with Dortmund been the less impressive side as the sit 6 on the table with 11 points behind the leaders Bayern Munich and 7 behind their opponents Bayer Leverkusen. They have won just twice in their last five compare to Bayer Leverkusen who haven’t dropped a point in any of their last five.

The interesting stats about this game aside the impressive performance of the Dortmund side who have turn their home to a fortress is that this same Dortmund hasn’t lost to Bayer Leverkusen for the past two seasons, they drew with Leverkusen last season when the club was most definitely on its best, so even with this bad form of Dortmund they can still pull up stuffs against Leverkusen which makes this game a difficult one to wager on

That was one sided and we expected that match will be one sided and we saw one sided match. RB Leipzig team players could do only 1 goal in this match and they need to work on their defense system because Bayern Munich team did 5 goals in this match and they did these goals easily and RB Leipzig players could not stop them from doing goals in this match. Bayern Munich is full confident team because players of that team are high quality players  always try to win match one handed. Musiala did first goal of this match and he did goal at 1 minute of the match and after we saw second goal by Laimer and he did goal at 25 minutes of the match.
