Bundesliga is not like England.Enlish premier league is the hardest league in the world and therefore we cannot compare the both.
In England,that kind of thing can never happen,that a particular team will be winning the tittle back to back to back.In England,no team is small,but in bundesliga,the big teams always flog the smaller teams.
So it is very possible for Bayern to dominate because they have the best players and are always buying the best players from their rivals.

To be honest here i don't think that Dortmund has a higher chance to beat Bayern Munich this year in the race for Bundesliga title are higher than in the years before, i would even say that they are lower. I am aware that Dortmund has many inured players at the moment and so far they managed to gather a lot of points despite this fact. I have seen a lot of the games of Dortmund though and i have to say that they were pretty lucky in a lot of games that they have won, for example against Köln and Leverkusen. So i would say that Dortmund could have easily 4 points less now because of that. Bayern on the other hand should have 3 points more because they totally dominated the match against Frankfurt which they have lost and then the gap between Bayern and Dortmund would already be huge.
