Matts Hummels' unfortunate night in Der Klasiker. Hummels is at fault in all three goals conceded by Dortmund. I'm sure it was Hummels who was most upset after this defeat. We watched an excellent match. Haaland's goal was great. This is how derby matches should be.

Oh yes man what a bitter night for him. On the Internet there were memes everywhere showing him in a Bayern Munich Jersey asking whether anyone knows who Hummels was playing for at that game... That must hurt but fact of the matter is that he was bad...

Gladbach - Freiburg game today was a very interesting one undoubtedly.    To be honest, I had zero expectation from Freiburg to play this awesome. They just erased Gladbach in the first half by scoring 6 goals. When I saw the first half result, I was just shocked. And the more interesting part was that there was no goal in the second half.   It ended by Freiburg's 6-0 victory. They must be very happy about the result.

It was interesting indeed freiburg strikers were very effective on the first half six goals from 8 shots on goal, the result does not reflect the difference between both these teams thats why the second half ended without goals they just had a bad day like when  they managed to beat bayern 5 0.

Brandt scored in the 5' minute while Lewandowski scored in the 7', a sweet win for Bayern

I kept saying that Lewandowski will play with a lot more harshly and will try his best, I didn't even come close because I know that Lewandowski is capable of doing even better, one goal was counter attack and another was from penalty so it wasn't really just pure talent that allowed him to score twice. In the end they still managed to win, could have even scored the fourth goal very easily without the keeper, that was a funny scene to watch but didn't matter in the end since they won anyway.

All in all a great klassiker to be honest, Haaland scored a great banger once again, I assumed he would shoot on the left side of the goal because that side was more open, dude literally shot around everyone on the right side, that kid has some amazing future and I believe he will be one of the best scorers ever to play this game by the time he hangs his boots.

I was listening the match between Dortmund vs Bayern Munich a bit and thought maybe they can make the draw , from what i have readed it was a
amazing nice and good game from both teams but Munich got lucky again.
Fingers crossed that the todays games are getting better for me , Stuttgart and Gladbach should be win today.

It's a fun game, it's a shame I missed it. I just watched the replay. I saw that extra time reached 11 minutes, but unfortunately Dortmund could not equalize. Dortmund had plenty of chances in Time. It's a shame they can't use it well. This result certainly adds to their points difference, Munich are at the top with a difference of four points. The next match is UCL they will both compete in their own homes. For Munich it is the provision to face Barcelona. I think Munich should be a minister.

The funniest game today in the Bundesliga was the one between Gladbach and Freiburg. In the DFB Pokal Gladbach destroys Bayern Munich 5 to 0, and now Gladbach loses a home game against Freiburg with 0 to 6. I guess that is called soccer huh?

BVB don't know how to do anything but try to score and when they fail, the frustration tends to give goals away too. 2 goals inside 10 minutes definitely helped, as did Rose's sending off maybe?

the pre-match im more to a draw like 2-2 but bayern has it all and dortmund cant defend it well to the end to make it stays at 2-2.

Six past gladbach in one half aaand nothing else happened at the rest of the game. gladbach even dominated the game but freiburg seems just happy wit 0-6  so its stay at 0-6 at full time.

Aha. Who wouldn't be happy with such a win + goal margin? The big bonus is that they got that result from Gladbach which are considered to be one of the best teams in the Bundesliga even though they haven't been too good this season but still, it's a really good result for Freiburg one that they haven't gotten before. The goals were just happening fast and quick to the point it looked like every set piece equals a goal.

There were two games today and the most attracting game was obviously Monchengladbach - Freiburg. Because the incidents happened in this game were really unexpected to me. Who would have thought that Freiburg would score 6 goals in the first half? And they kept the 6-0 lead to the end. This was surely the best game for Freiburg in this season so far. Monchengladbach weren't in a great condition maybe but this loss was just shocking. We will see if they will be able to leave this game behind and make up for this huge loss in a short time.

Probably this is possible only in the Bundesliga, when first Borussia Mönchengladbach can defeat Bayern 5:0, and then lose to Freiburg at home with a score of 6:0. the second half in the game mönchengladbach - freiburg remained without a goal ... but what happened in the first half was unbelievable and also historic in the bundesliga - sc freiburg is the first bundesliga team where six different scorers were able to sign the score list already in the first half

that was intense and unpredictable, when they scored the first two goals I was waiting for a comeback from mönchengladbach but Freiburg destroyed them, mönchengladbach conceded four goals in their last match against Koln and all were in the second half and today six and all were in the 1st one, there is definitely something wrong with their defense, and probably all started against Koln, .and they are not that far from the relegation zone, they better step it up this asap before things get worse.

Well, great analysis, but I think Dortmund doesn't really rely on only just one player, look at their previous games that Erling Haaland is absent and has an injury, they did a great job winning every game without Haaland, against Stuttgart, against Arminia, and Koln they didn't dominate the game but still, they hold their own, without Erling Haaland, now in the Bayern Munich game, the score hasn't reached a tremendous amount of goal, the score difference was just 1 goal, and the game was really that close, Robert Lewandowski just put up a good match up and a show towards Dortmund, don't get me wrong I do not hear to defend Dortmund, I am just saying what I have seen, and it was a great match between Bayern and Dortmund, I really like both teams, I have supported Bayern, Leipzig, and Dortmund in every game they take last season.

Heard nothing about it, but if it happens it will be as funny as possible. It always annoys me when, because of "corporate" solidarity, people are forbidden to speak the simple truth and their opinions.
The damned copyright holders do not give an opportunity to review the controversial moments of the match on YouTube, and I am too lazy to download the entire game from torrents, perhaps I will do it later. I'm still interested to see if the referee was wrong on some points and how rude if so.

when looking at this match, there were at least two controversies that were indeed detrimental to Dortmund, the first was refusing to review Dortmund's penalty claims and the second was deciding the penalty which was Bayern's winning goal.

Man, for Dortmund I think ok, that penalty is going to haunt them for days. In my opinion, they really had it, didn't they? They could have easily come out with at least one point from that match. But the match was interesting I have to say and it had more goals to offer from both teams than I actually expected.

Yup. Easily. I saw all the post match comments, pretty strong some of them coming from players too, but if they insist it's bad refereeing and can't take responsibility for not seeing out the game. Not that I disagree at all the ref could have been better, and ruined the result, but it's football and you can't get stuck on one bad ref or your mentality's down. Yeah, maybe ref was arrogant but he's going to be the same ref every team will get. Some days the luck's with you, other days not, but your game management is always in your own hands.

poor gladbach this season they ended up in middle to bottom of the table.

I'm really, really glad I didn't start taking them on this season. The signs were there last season -- this was such a value team to bet on before Covid but this game is a reminder of why they're so shaky to rely on. As you said, dominating and yet allowing so many goals. The game was over in 20 minutes as a contest.
