Bayern Munich finally put an end to their bad streak in the league today. They destroyed Union Berlin by 4-0 in Allianz Arena and improved their morale as well. Lewandowski had an impressive performance in this game as he scored two goals. He has reached 31 goals in this season and he is like running to a new goal record. However, it is really hard to see a record this time I think. Because there are only seven games left and he needs to score at least 41 goals in total to break a new record if I'm not mistaken.

There are chances for Lewandowski for 10 more goals from 7 games as you say. Just checked across the recent matches Bayern played. Lewandowski has almost scored minum 2 goals when they scored more than 4 goals. so yes there are chances for more than 10 goals from him. He has been one of the main pillars for Bayern. I have even seen him giving lots of chances to youngsters to strike goals as well. He is worth to set up a new record.

I understand your disappointment, because Leipzig should have beaten Frankfurt. If we look at the match statistics, Leipzig really controlled
the match, even Leipzig created lots of chances. But the fact is that Leipzig only got one point, after only drawing with Frankfurt without being
able to score a goal. Even though Leipzig did kick on goal 7 times in that match, it must be admitted that the Frankfurt goalkeeper played
extraordinary, can save up to 6 times. And we can see how Frankfurt's players played really hard with lots of fouls to stop Leipzig's attack,
no wonder the referee issued 6 yellow cards and 5 of them for Frankfurt players. This result is clearly detrimental to Leipzig who should be
able to move away from the points possessed by Freiburg and Hoffenheim, but because they only drew with Frankfurt, Leipzig had the same
points as Freiburg and one point different from Hoffenheim. This means that Leipzig is not safe to be in 4th position, if Leipzig loses points again

End of first half and both teams are on score 1 - 1 with Dortmund takes very early lead through Wolf but Cologne reply is also on time before end of first half through Anderson.

In first half, home team having some good advantage but still it's tough match between these two quality teams with Cologne is had very slim chances for next year's European qualification and same happening with Dortmund they also have very few chances for challenging leaders FC Bayern Munich for title race but still it's very important match for both teams. But, we can expect some good performance from Dortmund as they are doing good in last few matches, and they can maintain this performance until end of this season.

It's a pretty weird season so far in the Bundesliga in my opinion, because for me Bayern Munich has shown one of the weakest overall performance in the last 10 years or so until now and still none of the other team seems to be able to take advantage of that. Borussia Dortmund is also playing a very weak season in my opinion and they have more points achieved then they deserve if you ask me and their results on the international level were also extremely disappointing. RB Leipzig had a very weak first part of the season so they are already to far away to really threaten Bayern Munich. It really looks like Bayern Munich will be the Bundesliga champion again.

In football, some results are predefined or predetermined to go against a certain club. I don't know if the gods of soccer fixes some of the matches.  No matter how good your team or all your players will be, when it's a team bad day, it must be bad. I really thought that Dortmund will cover the gap with koln but I was surprised how the game ended in draws. After 8mins goal, Dortmund was unable to see koln net for the rest minutes. Well they should manage the second position because Bayern might not make mistakes again till the end of the season.
