Taking into account the fact that Hamburg does not need to win the game, but rather to achieve a draw, the quotes for them are quite modest:

It looks like Hamburger will be playing with a 4-3-3 formation and Hertha will be playing with a 4-2-2-2 formation.
A little unorthodox for my liking, the 4-2-2-2 formation but it's all good if it gets the job done.

Hamburger have More vadvantage in this match. They were able to win in the first leg. And probably just have to defense their territory in today's game in order to play in the Bundesliga next season. Although, their game today will definitely be tough. While, Hertha Berlin on the other hand will possibly put in their very best effort, because their chances of remaining in the League depends mainly on how they play against Hamburger. However, the match has started, and Hertha Berlin is currently leading with a goal.

Hertha was able to score a goal after only 4 minutes and therefore equalized the result from the first leg. We are now 25minutes into the game and we are down to an almost even fight with a 50-50 chance for relegation to Bundesliga/2nd league for the two teams.
Hertha had a good phase, if they can keep the pressure up they have good chances to score more goals (similar to what Cologne did last year when they won the 2nd leg 5-1 after a 0-1 in the 1st leg)

It looks like Hamburg and Hertha Berlin have changed roles now. Because it has been thirty minutes in the second leg of play-out round and Hertha Berlin have been leading the game by 1-0 so far. And if we compare the performances currently, we can clearly say that Hertha Berlin are very dominant now. I really have no idea how Hamburg's performance has dropped this much quickly. They need to gather themselves up somehow otherwise very stressful minutes are waiting for them. Hertha Berlin don't seem like they are giving up easily on this.

Hertha scored in just 4 minutes of the match to take a 1-0 lead. And at the end of the first half, Hertha is leading 1-0. Hamburger is playing completely defensive so far. They made no attempt to attack in the first half. I didn't expect such gameplay though. I thought Hamburger would play their natural game and try to win the match. Maybe Hamburger will change their match strategy in the second half.

I was very surprised that Freiburg played badly after the 1:0. After that, there were many mistakes, especially in the defence. In the second half the defence did improve. After the red card, Freiburg missed to score the second goal. So it got exciting again with the goal from Leipzig. In the penalty shootout, nerves played the main role.

we are like friends because this is hard to believe considering they have won in terms of goals and number of players.
but instead they played not well here so Leipzig made a surprise with a sweet comeback.
Penalties are difficult because mentality is also tested there and Freiburg are still lacking in experience here compared to Leipzig.

I'm quite aware of this because regardless of anything of course Leipzig are favored but I didn't expect them to play with 10 men in regular time and 9 men towards the end of extra time but they still have a strong mentality there and I really appreciate this because according to I find it quite difficult for some clubs when they fall behind on goals and lose in numbers but they can turn things around

Hertha BSC managed to score a second goal to make it 2-0 and they were able to keep that two goal advantage up until the end of the game. The second goal for Hertha was kinda weird in my opinion because i think you should never be able to directly score a goal via a freekick from that position. So they goalkeeper of HSV definitely looked quite bad at the second goal.
Overall i have to say that after the performance of today Hertha totally deserved to stay in the first Bundesliga because today it really looked like a club from the first Bundesliga playing against a club from the second Bundesliga. This was not the case in the first leg but today it was very obvious.

Dortmund disappointed their fans again by losing the Bundesliga trophy to Bayern Munich. And also got kicked out of the Europa League after they couldn't withstand Rangers. Although, I understand that Bayern Munich is a tough team to compete with. Dormund had chances of getting more closer to Bayern, but messed it all up. However, it seems their key player Erling Haaland will be leaving the team soon. More bad news to Dormund.

I feel sorry for hamburger team after all that effort and the good performance they showed in the second half of the bundesliga 2 they deserved better in my opinion but in today game they were totally off clearly hertha berlin was the better team, they were too close, its the third season where they could've been promoted but in my opinion they will regret not seasing this year chance.

Before the rematch, I really started to believe that Hamburg were going to promote to the Bundesliga as the third team. But it didn't happen. Hertha Berlin's performance in the rematch was just amazing and they totally deserved to get this 2-0 win. Hamburg were terrible in the first half but they improved their performance much more in the second half. But it was still not enough to score even goal. I don't know what went wrong with Hamburg in this game to be honest. Congratulations to Hertha Berlin for staying here.

A very good game for Berlin and a disappointing result for the Hamburg team who won from away in the first leg of their match but failed to register a goal in the second leg of the encounter. Berlin utilizes their opportunity to get an early goal and the goal motivated them to perform because they dominated the game starting from the first half even after getting the goal that they want they still fought for the win till the finale whistle.

That was not a good performance from Hamburger SV. Hertha Berlin played much more aggressively. They wanted to win. They were much closer to the opponent and ran much more. Hamburger SV had no ideas. It was a deserved victory for Hertha Berlin.
