I definitely agree that Union Berlin will probably not be at the top, or even within the top 5, of the Bundesliga table for much longer. They had an absolutely great start into the season and with a great defense and some luck they managed to win most of their tight games, but they always have to show their 100% performance in order to be able to do that and i don't think that you can do that for a few months in a row.
I doubt though that Dortmund will completely destroy Union this sunday though simply because Borussia Dortmund is also just not that strong. Yes they managed to achieve a draw against Bayern last week but in the end that was pretty lucky because the goal happened in the very last second and in the end it was still just a draw and they were playing at home.

I don't think bayern can beat freiburg easily. Freiburg is a bit better compared with dortmund. Remember bayern can only get draw against dortmund. I expect the same thing gonna happen with bayern when it will be against freiburg. Freiburg was still in the second position at this moment. That proves that if freiburg was also performing as good as bayern or it may even better right now compared with bayern. I will never try to underestimate another team. it is possible, Union Berlin will remain in the top four of the Bundesliga until the end of the season.
but to maintain first place on the table, it seems very difficult considering Bayern have returned to their previous form. only four points adrift, in the near future I'm sure Bayern will take back their first place.

Maybe Dortmund are the favourite team to win against Union Berlin according to bookmakers. However I don't feel like there will be any winner in this match. These are teams at a similar level at the moment. Union Berlin are actually one step ahead in the league as they are the leader. I know that Dortmund defeated them 3-0 here in the previous season but this might be different. Dortmund have left a Champions League match behind and couldn't defeat Sevilla. But there are five days for this match so I guess they wouldn't be tired.

I think the best option for this matchup is both teams to score. 1.70 is a really nice odd to take the risk. I don't see it as a big risk also because both of them are able to score easily normally.
