Leipzig getting a point from this game did helped them out a lot but it also helped Freiburg a lot as well. If they could win that would make the difference just 2 points and I am guessing that it's going to be a very good job for sure. I am expecting them to be doing something that is a bit more on the helpful side to their roster during this transfer window but seems like nothing big is going on.

If Bayern keeps losing points like this, we could maybe finally see them not win the season and that would be very wild. We are so used to seeing them as the champions that either freiburg or leipzig winning it would be beyond what we expected out of this season and everyone would be shocked.

I don't think it's a shame. Leipzig is a renowned team in the Bundesliga for no reason. And if you don't perform well against them, you can't win. I thought the match would be a draw. But the performance of the Wolfsburg players really surprised me. From the start of the match, the dominance of the Wolfsburg players was like choking. Wolfsburg scored their first goal in 1 minute. .and they led 3-0 at the end of the first half. Freiburg's defenders couldn't put up any resistance. And Wolfsburg won the match 5-0.

Trust me, mate. Not only our guesses, even people out there also didn't expect the results of the match to turn out like that . The game was dominated by Wolfsburg, even though they didn't have a high enough percentage of possession, they had a solid defense and attack. Overall, they really deserve the big score they got. BTW, the final score is Wolfsburg 6 - 0 Freiburg.

Honestly, this was very unexpected and unbelievable for almost everyone. I believe that even for the Wolfsburg fans, this was very unexpected. Even if the fans did expect to win, I do not think they expected anything like this. It was like Wolfsburg was playing this match on easy difficulty. And there is no way to say that this win was not deserving. The way they have played they certainly deserved to win. And they also deserved to win big which they did.

Damn what a crazy matchday on friday and also yesterday !
Never thought that there will be a draw between Bayern Munich and Leipzig and from what i have seen on the review Leibzig got a few chances for making more goals.
But what surprised me is the result of Wolfsburg against Freiburg and also the nearly the same result Cologne has done about Werder Bremen.
I was sure that Freiburg will win that game , so far the weeken hasnt got a good start on my bets , lol .

Football is full of surprises that any thing can happen,  Leipzig is not a weak team, if Bayern Munich was not able to win the match it is because Leipzig is tough.  It would have been worse if Leipzig had won the game against Bayer Munich but it is good it ended in draws.

Leipzig was lucky enough during that match. The mentality from leipzig got boosted caused by it was played in the red bull arena. So far, that's not a bad result for bayern caused by bayern is still able to steal 1 points even though bayern has played in leipzig's home.

The problem is Bayern Munich does not have any true contenders in this league. A few seasons back Dortmund was considered to be the contender of Bayern Munich. But now that is also not the case.

The only reason Bayern Munich is so successful at being the league title winner of Bundesliga is because first of all they do not have any true contenders and also the other teams first of all, have to fight between themselves to get a chance to give Bayern Munich a fight. So Bayern Munich is not going to be given enough problems if the other teams are busy somehow reaching the second position. None of them are actually consistent.

It was hard to understand how Freiburg lost by a huge score like 6-0 against Wolfsburg. No matter it was a home or away game Freiburg should have been able to play competitively. Because they were technically the second-placed team in the standings and their performance was really impressive until then.

Wolfsburg are also one of the decent teams of the season of course. But I don't see any reason in Freiburg's losing by an embarrassing score. The Bundesliga teams can be really unpredictable. Only Bayern Munich are very predictable most of the time.

It's not so bad for bayern to get a draw against leipzig but I do feel that nagelsmann feels so bad about that result Bayern's coach has been expecting to win the game easily but bayern was not able doing it.
