Actually if Dortmund dared to give 8 million for his wages I thought it would have been done last month but when they refused and are still holding on to 6 million then there really was no other option.
He is currently not unwilling but still waiting whether Dortmund will dare to agree to a contract with 8 million as his salary or not.
I think if it is agreed then the possibility of moving is small but when Dortmund still insist on 6 million of course the best option is Chelsea.

RB leipzig, has an interesting record with no defeats in 15 matches in all competitions. however, I do not agree that Leipzig is the team that most threatens Bayern Munich's dominance. I think Bayern Munich is still too tough for its opponents in the Bundesliga.

The second half of the Bundesliga season will be rolled out again soon, and Leipzig has a scheduled match against Bayern Munich at the Red Bull Arena, their own headquarters. a difficult match for Leipzig, even though they are playing at home Munich are giants in the Bundesliga. and even without Sadio Mane, Bayern Munich is still a tough team for Leipzig to beat. You are right, that it is possible that RB Leipzig can now decline due to players leaving. I heard that Bayern Munich were targeting Bono and another goalkeeper. If I remember correctly both of them were more than 32 years of age. So I think Emi Martinez could have been a very suitable choice for them. I would actually like to see them try to bring in Donnarumma. I know that right now, it is going to be a lot to ask for because PSG is not willing to let him go. At this moment, the only reasonable option for Bayern Munich seems to be Emi Martinez. So far RB Leipzig has performed really well, and I think their performance exceeded everyone’s expectations. At least they exceeded my expectations. I think they have the best last five-match record before the break in the Bundesliga after Bayern Munich. That is a really good performance and they are also in the third position on the table.

Now, if they will be able to hold onto that position is another story. They will play against Bayern Munich in their next match on the 21st of January. I think Ajax is a completely different case - even if Ajax wanted to keep the players it would be unrealistic as the Dutch title is worth nothing compared to top league titles. Plus Ajax is not seriously claiming to win the Champions League. Dortmund is a different case - their budget and status would be enough to keep the stars, but they prefer to get guaranteed transfer profits instead of chasing "unguaranteed" titles.

Rather than their attacking performance, I think they are still lacking in defense too much. They are still conceding so many goals in their league games which is a big problem for them. This has held them back from collecting more points so far. They could have been the owner of the second position in the standings in the other case.

There is still a long road ahead of them until the end of the season of course. But they need to focus on their defending more. I know that they are dealing with their Champions League games on one hand. But this shouldn't cause them to lose their concentration on their Bundesliga games.

To be honest, i don't really think that any team can really threaten Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga this year. I just don't see any team right now that is strong enough in the long run to really push Bayern Munich from it's throne in Germany. I agree though, that RB Leipzig is the second strongest team in Germany and if a team is able to beat Bayern for the Bundesliga title in the coming years, then i think it is Leipzig and not Dortmund. I already said, that Leipzig is stronger than the BVB even before the season started, because for me the business model of Borussia Dortmund is not good if you want to play for titles. They are buying new and talented players and then there are two options. They are developing great, then they will go to bigger clubs as it happened with Sancho, Dembele, Haaland and soon Bellingham. The second option is that they don't develop that well and then they stay at Dortmund.

And currently, it does not feel like there will be removed from the first place. Dortmund have been affected by Haaland's departure negatively indeed. Because they were building their game upon Haaland's scoring skills mostly. In the matches he was absent, it was clearly seen that Dortmund were more ineffective in productivity about scoring multiple goals. Now he isn't here anymore and this decreased their goal amount by some rate. But I can't say that they are too bad either. 25 goals in 15 matches might still be considered as a decent performance for now.

Besides they can increase this number by their upcoming matches if they focus on winning their matches more. Because so far they have looked like more concentrated on their Champions League matches. Especially if they are eliminated by Chelsea then they would make a bigger effort in the Bundesliga.

Dortmund can obviously give him €8 million. But they are not going to because they do not want to spend money almost at all. I believe that they are thinking if they can sell this player, they will be able to get a new young player who is not going to ask for so much salary, and they will also make a really good business by selling this player.


After all, that thought the business model of Dortmund has always been. So, I don’t think they care too much about this player staying on the team or not. If anything, I bet they are willing to sell him.

Actually, for that player, it is also better if he does not stay in Dortmund. His career is not going to go anywhere if he stays.

Terzic must make a good rotation to bring Dortmund to victory in the rest of the season, Dortmund still has many opportunities to improve their ranking in the standings table, even though they have been eliminated from the hunt for the Bundesliga title, but the hope of fans can see Dortmund close this season in second place in the standings  .
