I don't think Bayern Munich's current problems has anything to the with the manager. The club heirarchy initially had that thought and that was why they sacked Julian Nagelsmann who had only lost three matches in all competitions before his sack and replaced him with the current manager Thomas Tuchel.
I think they reason behind their collective underperformance boils down to the decline in their players performance. After the departure of Robert Lewandowski, Bayern failed to replace him with another known hot striker and that they must do in the summer to remain competitive come next season.

It is going to be very disappointing for Bayern Munich to lose their title chance this easy. But they totally deserve that after this huge loss against Leipzig home. They just gave up on the title before their supporters in Allianz Arena. There is nothing more humiliating for them I guess. But I believe it would be very unfair to judge Tuchel harshly for this. He hasn't even managed the team for a long time period.

Nagelsmann brought things to this point mostly as you already know. It would be the funniest action to take for Bayern Munich if they sack Tuchel only a short time after he joined. I know that it is very annoying for Bayern Munich fans. But I think that this is totally related to the players rather than Tuchel. They just don't play like they believe in themselves completely sometimes.

These things have been dropping down the team into a worse place. Plus Bayern Munich absolutely need a striker like Lewandowski immediately.
