Seems difficult for Hamburger winning above four goals on second leg and dreaming back to Bundesliga next season almost close although still 90 minutes left for second leg.

I don't think its fair with rule of model Bundesliga promotion and relegation teams, better not has relegation playoff for third bottom standing team against with teams from Bundesliga 2, but this rule have adopted for long term and not any history created with Bundesliga 2 teams success won against Bundesliga team on relegation playoff round.

That was a very good game from Stuttgart. They put the pressure on from start and Hamburger SV can not deal with such a pressure. Early goals are actually not that bad, but Hamburg never really found their way into the game. In a short phase they showed that they can play good football. But Stuttgart were careful and did not allow any big chances. It is pretty certain that Stuttgart will stay in Bundesliga 1.

Liepzig's odds is quite good at this moment. My take on this match if leipzign gonna win against frankfurt but it will be through a tough game against frankfurt. Sometimes once a bad club played in the final and it can get a very big motivation to boost the performance from the club. Leipzig must be so careful when it will be facing frankfurt. I picking leipzig but it can't be denied that if frankfurt potentially to win DFB pokal as well.

I take the result against bayern as may main consideration to pick leipzig over frankfurt. It seems like that for me if leipzig is far better than frankfurt as it has got more chance to win the trophy.

This is the second consecutive play off for hamburg to enter the Bundesliga after last season was also like this.

Their play was impressive in this first leg, so the victory was well deserved. This is DFB pokal final match and Leipzig as defending champion and i can see based on head to head statistics it's looks equal which mean both teams can beated each other but based on their latest performance seems Leipzig is quite better than Frankfurt because they able to gets 6 winning streak from all competitions and this is their last chances to ended this season with the trophy especially Leipzig that they have ambition want to gets this trophy 2 times in a row and this match will be held at Olympiastadion the home ground of Hertha Berlin

Yes, Stuttgart benefited from this landslide victory, 3 goals is a distance that will be very difficult for Hamburg to catch even though they will be playing at home in the second leg. Even in games, Stuttgart were much more effective when attacking or defending, it was proven that Hamburg could not press any deeper and had little chance in this match. Because in reality, the match between Leipzig against Eintracht Frankfurt is the final match in the DFB Pokal, and of course it has nothing to do with their position in the Bundesliga standings. But, speaking of the DFB Pokal final match this time, I personally will still choose Leipzig, because it is clear that Leipzig at this moment has a better and more stable performance than Eintracht Frankfurt.
