If they are already offering 120 million, it is not going to hurt them to offer 10 more. That is my mindset. I do not know about them, but I think they should finalise the deal. At least unless they have another player ready to play for them.

Since after I read and understood the saga that happened between Mane and Sane, I began to detest the way Bayern management operates. Kane is free go there if he wants because he is popular and also a white. Maybe Sane will not disrespect him.
If Bayern really wants to contest for next season champions league, they need a good striker and Harry Kane fits that specification and another person is Victor Osimhen. But I will not advice Osimhen to go to Bayern because of the above reasons.

There is a difference between Kane and Messi. when Messi joined PSG, he was not a pure striker but had another task. while Kane, he is a player who plays as a center forward. after the departure of Lendowski, Bayern did not have a pure striker to fill the position of number 9. As for Choupo-Moting, his consistency is not so reliable. because of this player, his performance fluctuated and was unstable. since changing coaching, Tuchel has again rotated Bayern Munich's front line. in the end, Tuchel needs a striker who can fill the void for a centre-forward.

Sadio Mane and Harry Kane cannot be thought of as the same. Sadio Mane was bought by Bayern Munich as a replacement for Lewa. Lewa was a scorer. He scored a lot of goals with Munich. But Sadio Mane was never a scorer. Mane scored 22 goals in a single season with Liverpool, in the 2018–19 season. Bayern Munich management made mistakes in player selection.

Harry Kane and Lewa play almost the same style. Kane is a regular scorer in the Tottenham squad. Hopefully he will be able to score more goals if he is with a strong and experienced squad like Munich. But first he has to adapt himself to Munich's gameplay.
