I have not been following up with Union Berlin league matches after they were eliminated from the champions league in the group stage. Their performance in both competitions were so poor that you can’t so each much about it. It is good to see that they’re now improving after signing the new coach. It wouldn’t have made sense seeing a team like Union Berlin going to relegation after their excellent performance last season. They are not on number fourteen on the standings with four wins, two draws and ten lose. They need to pick up now and fight for the battle ahead if not, they will be relegated this season as they keep dangling in that relegation zone.

Without any doubt his is one of the biggest disappointment for the fans of Union Berlin as they witness last impressive year from them, and they were able to qualify for the Champions League but now suddenly they are at the 15th spot with most chances they can go down and having chance of relegation as well because their performance is not improving their quality is also having huge decline with now things are going more problematic for them if they are not going to improve their squad and quality for the second half of this season.

Now they are going to face Mainz which is also in deep trouble and have 16th spot both are on same level performance which are making things worst and next match is against Bayern Munich which is currently at the top and things will be not favourable for them.

I was very surprised as you are because union Berlin performance last season was very good that they were able to secure themselves a good record and they were very competitive last season even most persons were very surprised seeing how consistent they had become last season but it was very unfortunate for them that they were not able to continue the performance this season and if they should continue with this there poor performance it will surely land them to relegation, however I believe the best thing they should do now is to try as much as possible to remove themselves from the relegation zone, perhaps I believe they will win there next match against mainz because just like Union Berlin, Mainz also has a very poor performance this season so they are almost equal in performance.

That's a club that is not well managed, they only occasionally appear impressive and next season their performance will be very different and disappointing like Union Berlin, fortunately they seem to be starting to improve so they don't get relegated and if we look at the three teams below them it looks like they will indeed survive.

Leverkusen and Bayern Munich just continue on their way strongly. Bayern Munich really need to win their absent game to follow their opponent more closely. I'm hoping to see Xabi Alonso maintaining this performance to become the champions at the end.  

These clubs were getting good result but leverkusen seems quite struggling to beat augburg. I know that if augsburg was a strong club, and this is the main problem. Bayern munich has been beating its opponent with huge margins which was showing the capability of bayern to win the competition.
Leverkusen needs to increase its performance. The attacking line has been so wasteful against augsburg and this is the fact. It's hard to remove the image if leverkusen was so struggling to beat augsburg in the last match.

Bayern Munich also struggle sometimes just as Leverkusen do. For example Bayern Munich were also able to beat Wolfsburg by only 2-1 a short time ago. Wolfsburg aren't a good season at all you know. Moreover Frankfurt demolished Bayern Munich by 5-1 last month. It was a shocking result for Bayern Munich as well. 

Leverkusen are currently the only team going on without a single loss during the season. 17 games and 14 wins... This is really impressive. I really like Xabi Alonso's team this season and hope to see them maintaining this streak without a loss as long as possible.

I dont agree with you that the game will end draw. This is because the both team are eager to win the match to see who might come out of the bottom. Surely it wont be an easy game since there will be difficulties to penetrate each others 18 yards box. Although Union berlin had more chances of winning the game. I am saying this because i watch their last game and noticed they had a good performance even if they were unable to win.

If Union berlin can calm down and play the game with less aggressiveness but with technicality they will ein Mainz. So the best prediction in the game by my analysis is a Union berlin to win or draw. Last season,  Dortmund had Almost won the league, they did really good like Leverkusen but Bayern Munich won at the last game of the season, therefore history could still repeat itself.

Union Berlin cannot repeat the good successes it achieved in previous years this year. They hoped for a great season, but they were very wrong about that. They played against Freiburg in the last match and got 1 point from this match, which gave them hope again, but they still could not escape from the bottom ranks of the Bundesliga. They are in 15th place and this situation causes tension in the whole team.
